Absolutely amazing hotel n awesome place to stay if you are planning for good time in Manali. We all had a great stay in one of the family room of this property. Very comfy and spacious room with all the amenities .The interior was beautiful with all wooden false ceiling and wall panelling in the rooms. The view from this room was amazing.Overlooking snow laded green mountains from two windows and tall trees from the other window. . All the staff members were very courteous n polite especially Mr Chaman the front office manager and Shefali took great care of us.Decent delicious food served at breakfast and dinner.Thanks to Chef kuldeep for serving us amazing delectable food. The places around were scenic and very beautiful.It's located at such a prime location,just a walking distance to many tourists spots..within 1km from Club House,Beas river, Hidimba Devi temple and Mall Road. Everything was very comfortable from checkin to checkout. Room service, food quality, housekeeping and their hospitality was all top notch. Thanks to all the staff members for making our stay mesmerizing and comfortable.We will definitely recommend it to everyone.👍😊

We have stayed here from 25th Dec 19 to 28th Dec 19. we had called a manager in the evening and asked him to put heaters in rooms and due to traffic, we had checked in at 2.00 am. The manager was slept and doesn't even put heaters in rooms. The bedsheet was dirty. No towels in rooms. This was the worst experience ever in any hotel. Staff was rude. Even the television was not working.

Read below if you are not still satisfied with the title. 1) Hotel is very poorly maintained. 2) Management haven't learned the meaning of CLEANLINESS from school it seems. 3) Power cuts happened occasionally. 4) Foods are not served on time. 5) Poor Behavior from Manager towards the tourists. If you were those unlucky people who are reading this after booking this place, cancel it immediately, stay inside your car would be better.
