Hotel Rudra palace is one of the best hotel at affordable price in manali . They taken care their guest very well. You will get complimentry breakfast if you book it with oyo app. Their staff is very good. Overall nice experience.

One of the good located hotel, near to mall road, near to van vihar, near to bus stand. Near to most food outlets. Walking distance from movie theatre, taxi stand and monestry and local markets. Enjoy scenic views from the hotel balcony.

Detailed Review. First of all, hotel rudra palace manali & oyo 9684 rudra palace hotel is same hotel. Very Good economic hotel. It is placed near mall road, 5 mins walking distance. Front & Backside rooms have mountain view, which is very routine in any hotel in himachal, bcos there are mountains everywhere. From balcony of front side room, view of huge common vehicles parking. Backside rooms balcony has view of residences. In room electric water geaser is there for 24 hours hot water. Food quality is ok. They have in house kitchen. complementary breakfast food quality is bad, & they have only 2 or 3 options like puri bhaji, poha, or paratha & curd, & tea. Service is good. Rooms are spacious with good interior, bathroom is clean & spacious. No lift. You will need to take stairs. Premises is very clean. Plenty of Parking space is available. If you have driver, he will need to sleep in car only. Overall, recommended hotel for quality stay in budget.

oyorooms harassed us and this new year trip to Manali with parents turned into a nightmare because of oyorooms. Booked 03 rooms in Oyo Rudra Palace Manali from 30dec to 02jan well in advance and we were roaming on Manali roads in midnight in minus temperature with parents, unaware what to do next as hotel denied our booking with oyo rooms and we made around 20 calls to call center asking for help. There was no availability in any other hotel and we were unintentionally troubling our old parents on a holiday trip. It was a long journey from Delhi and took us around 17hours to finally reach Manali at 1130pm . Informed Oyo regarding late check in as well and everytime they gave us false information that booking is confirmed and no issues in late check in. Spent around an hour outside hotel gate and it was locked from inside with lights off. Made so many calls to call center with long hold and there was no help at all. We have confirmed hotel vouchers and call recordings with Oyo call center staff. Hotel and oyo rooms were blaming each other and they make fool of their customers to make more money by harassing their customers.We suffered a lot and we found a small place to sleep and rest for few hours at around 0500 am. Oyorooms provides the worst service and I recommend never ever book your stay through Oyo. Not only me but we got to know there are many similar complaints registered against OYO. Do your research and then only make a choice. WORST ONLINE BOOKING EXPERIENCE !!!!

I booked Rooms through phone and they charged Rs 3400 for 1 nights, for breakfast and dinner for my family,I paid rs 100 per head for 5 members, for breakfast and Rs 600 for family, They served only bread butter and Aloo Paratha and curd pickles,and diluted watery Tea.Bathrooms are water logging issues and I booked for super Deluxe room but I don't think they provide me Super deluxe, it's spacious but interior is not good,We had to wait for more than 1 hours for Dinner as if we are eating free of cost.The staffs and Chef also didn't treat us properly.And the hotel Owner When we stayed and booked for Rooms ,he talked politely,but when we check out ,he not even talk to us as problem in Billings.Stay Away from Manali And As well as This hotel,if this hospitality continues Even OYo will tell go yo...
