Food quality is too good . Atosmphare is also good specially for group picnic. Specially thanks to Rohit ji good service you have given to me .the way you are providing service to customer and behavior.

hotel wifi not worked ,cold drinks not available, wash basin is not individual so problem with family, hot water is not satisfied with time and quality,swimming pool is too small, royal hotel's contact number which are given by make my trip totally not worked so very difficult time when we reached there. foods quality of lunch & dinner is very good.Matheran is cool & pleasant its toy train is very nice.

Location is perfect near market area. Hotel premises are decent and clean. Swimming pool is available between 10 to 6 and is clean not to small but nice to relax in water. Room cleanliness - Big topic to discuss. Even after 4 calls and invitation at reception no one turned to clean the room and bathroom in our 2 days stay. Commode was smelling bad always. They only changed bedsheets once. Rooms are not big. They serve buffets in lunch dinner breakfast but we did not opt as found bit more costly compared to market restaurants. Hot water only between 8 to 10 morning which might not suitable for few if you are opting to visit points in morning. Lot to improve in terms of room cleanliness hence 2 star.

Giving this hotel 1 star because there is no option to give rating in negative. Worst experience i ever had. Room was not clean. Room service was not good. Hot water was there but you can not take bath because water is muddy. Refer photo.

Their person will be standing at the station.. Once you get down at NERAL station the person will cone and approach you about the hotel and take you at their hotel booking office and try to sell you the same room which is availavle half the price online... They sold me the room for Rs 2500 which was available for 1500.. And also rooms were dirty, no bed sheets, ho pillow cover,leaking AC. I would have got a very good hotel at this price.. Dont book this hotel... No no no..👎
