Happened to be at the St Reges yesterday for what I can easily call one of the best dinners I've ever had! The oegendary chef Massimo Bottura was dishing out his art on the plates at By The Mekong & this could only happen courtesy the fabulous team of St Reges! A fantastic evening that all of us who were there would remember forever!

My stay was excellent. They took special care of my needs. Ameyaa was very supportive and she made things easy for me, during my stay. Every minute requirement was taken care off. Best services All the best

Definitely worth every penny. Beautiful property and hospitality. Especially Badal and Pratham made our stay extremely comfortable. Unparalleled service by the two of them. Will definitely stay there next time we visit mumbai. Thank you once again for making our stay memorable guys.

We stayed at the St. Regis Mumbai property for 20 nights in March from 7th to the 26th. We have stayed in at other properties in Mumbai but hospitality was top notch! Coming from our home in Singapore, we (3 of us including my 5 year old son) were warmly welcomed by the staff. The stay was long as we were there for medical purposes but the stay felt just like home. We had a great deal of support from the culinary team, namely the Director of Culinary - Chef Paul, the Head of Pasty - Chef Santosh, Chef Prema and the team. The service staff at the7 kitchens were always warm and offered assistance to us. We are grateful for their kindness and amazing food! The butler service team, including Claudia, Gayatri (and others) were always on point with our requirements (and we did have many!). The housekeeping team deserves a huge thank you for their constant attention to detail and quick service. Mr. Imran, Mr. Mahesh and team, thank you! We enjoyed the facilities including the hair salon, gym and pool. Mr Rajendran at the pool assisted and offered coaching lessons for my son during our stay which was always flexible on time, appreciative of that. Finally, the experience was not complete without the support of the Director of Rooms - Mr. Pratik Vashisht who always went the extra mile and made us feel welcome! Huge kudos to Pratik for this help and constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Recognition should go to Ms. Devina from Front Office who helped us find out lost luggage at the Mumbai Airport (which is not easy!) even after we had checked out. Much appreciation, During our stay we had our family members from Singapore coming in back and forth and Mr. Pratik and his team always made sure they were welcomed, well taken care of and felt special :) We will now always choose the St Regis as our spot to stay in Mumbai and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good property, great location and amazing hospitable people to stay the the St Regis Mumbai.
