I have stayed in the room 108 for 3 nights and the room service has been incredible. Special thanks to Komal, the receptionist, and the staff members for the quick service and making it worth the stay. Good luck :)

We had initially booked our stay at a hotel nearby Olive Inn through online booking site like booking.com. That hotel was called FabExpress Grand Heritage, Kurla West, Mumbai. It was a horrible place to stay and even though we paid for 2 days, we checked out after the first day and moved into Olive Inn nearby. Olive Inn was a breather of fresh air for us. The place was very clean and there were sufficient facilities like 2 beds and chair and table. The bathroom was fairly medium sized and was clean with soaps, towels etc. The lady at check in desk - Komal was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Since we had come for visiting the US consulate, she guided us well on how to get around the place. She made sure that we had extra plates, water and cutlery when we ordered in food through Swiggy. The locality is also better compared to the FabExpress place we stayed, so its good if you are going with family and kids. You also get complimentary breakfast, although the selection is limited. But food is good and served cleanly. My only recommendation for improvement would be - they should provide more towels and clean out the garbage more frequently. But other than these negatives, this is one of the best place to stay if you are new in town and looking for a place to stay while getting your US visa stamped. Also this place has good value for money.

Located near the famous Deluxe Restaurant, this place offers a very comfortable stay. The staff are very polite and treated us with care. Rooms have all the necessary facilities and are clean and hygienic. Expected a little more in breakfast, but it was fine.

Hi Team, I am reviewing this very late but yes I cant forgot the experience as it was very pathetic. We have booked hotel a hotel very Treebo in advance but they changed to this hotel a day before the visit. We have booked for family but they have provided very small room with individual separate bed. iT was very difficult to rest in the provided rooms. I booked the hotel upon seeing the pictures and website. The hotel was not clean. Lift was not working. Breakfast was horrible. The staff are cleaning vegetables from the stair case and adjacent bathroom. We have to climb up through this waste to reach the room. No amenities in the room. brush and paste was given only when I enquired for several time. I will not prefer this hotel. If you want a comfortable and peaceful stay please opt for any other hotel. If your are not bothered about cleanliness, you can go for this.
