I visited this residency for some my personal work.. security person is very educated.. he know how to talk with someone if some one don’t know about location. Society is very clean. Some problem in area. But society is very good.

It is situated at the side of main road (big fly over), to reach this hotel need to travel filthy service road. Entry to the hotel is not so nice, but hotel rooms are clean and tidy.The room allocated to me was okay having TN but compared to this area it was little expensive.

Situated at the side of a main road, dont forget to take the service road or you'll have to travel almost 10kms to comeback. Rooms are below average with a fan, bed, mattress and pillow. and a small bathroom. Only 2-3 kids working as bell boys, and hard to explain the order. I do not recommend this hotel to any one. Yes free wifi is available with expected slow speed.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been to. We were 6 friends went to Mumbai for pre wedding party. The moment we entered hotel we never had good feeling. still we thought to have a look at rooms. Manager is pathetic person. We booked 2 rooms but as we were early he gave us 1 room to freshen up. The moment we entered room it was disgusting feeling. Bed sheets were very dirty and bathroom was very small. we decided to move out of hotel and were expecting atleast 50% refund as we only checkedin in 1 room and that also for 30 minutes. When we went to reception area and requested Manager to check out, he was not letting us check out. Infact we booked this hotel from agoda.com and requested for refund but manager lied to agoda people that we have checkedin in 2 rooms since hour so he will not refund anything. This hotel is not at all for anyone unless you have different intention.

Managers are truely incooperative and insensible. The fare is excessively high than other good hotels in Mumbai. I literally got AC-spatious room in other part than the money I paid for non-AC-small dirty room at Kurla Residency. The food, attendants are horrible. They are drunk, and you will feel unsafe. The area located this hotel is nearby slum area, and full of noise. Walls are damped, fungus affected, bathromms very very narrow, moist damped, drity. Beds are unclean, damped, and a terrific feeling I had. WIFI is not accessible to the rooms. The managers are totally incooperative and like dacoits. I will never go to the hotel again and will never suggests anyone to go there.
