    I STAY 3 days here with my friends. it have modern architecture, traditional hospitality and first-class services. The hotel is sure to please leisure as well as the business travelers alike. Some of the main features of the hotel are room service, peaceful ambience and homely atmosphere. Empire Royale Hotel was make my trip to Mumbai, a memorable affair.

    Empire Royale Hotel it's nearest to McDonalds towards CST station. I think it's a good hotel which me and my friends are visit. The atmosphere of the hotel and hotel premises is very nice the staff is also good and pilot. I think there are providing the best to best services from their end.

    The emapire royale hotel located at CST Viti ......I think it's good place the staff and service is good ... The hotel premises atmosphere is very nice and peaceful. The main service that the hotels room are very not and clean .... Ill recommended this hotel for next time.

    The hotel is right opposite the train station which is good if you have to catch a night train or early morning train. The common toilet and shower place could be cleaner as it’s smell badly. Bed are alright but we are not offered the type (mixed dorm 8 bed) we booked.

    I had booked the hotel through phone and called back for confirmation before i left my city. On arrival they refused saying there was no booking in my name! Finally they agreed to give us a room but then we had to show them our wedding certificate.......people dont travel with wedding certificates but we luckily had it as we were just married. Very suspicious staff, had the audacity to laugh at us on our face. Made fun of us in their language.
