    We decided to stay here twice, reaching Mumbai and just before our flight back. Great stay, feels like your own clean and spacious room with strong WiFi, while you channel hop on the TV. Likes: Clean room, enough space and room service. Delicious and inexpensive food, delivered to your room Close to the airport Strong WiFi Television with several English channels Arranges transport to airport Dislikes: None for the price you are paying

    Stayed in room # 608. Small but cozy room Location awesome if you are in transit from the mumbai international airport Room was clean but the curtains smelt. Toilet clean and ok. Could be better. Reception staff good. We ere leaving early morning the next day. Accommodated our breakfast accordingly. Overall a decent place for a short overnight stay.

    I had a stopover at Mumbai last week for a night. I wanted budget hotel not far from the airport. This was the place a ended up. It is small place. Room and linen was clean. Pushpa the front office girl was always with a smile, though there were not many problems to address to.

    Was at the hotel from 22-05-2019 to 25-05-2019 , Very poor experience only one lift was working . Issue with food and water at the hotel . This hotel did not meet my expectations . Most of the Tuk Tuk drivers does not know where this hotel is . Did not like the bathroom area , no hot water at the wash basin area . Shower area is open , when you are having a shower the entire place gets wet . Could be better Some staff were friendly but language barrier is an issue . Breakfast hopeless ( butter bread and tea ) . Yes , this is a budget hotel , but it’s not value for money .

    FABHOTEL THE PACIFIC AND FABEXPRESS HORIZON. HORRIBLE HOTELS with HORRIBLE SERVICES!!! I booked 4rooms for 4nights (25-29DEC) . I was accompanying with 10 persons which include senior citizens (above 70yrs) and kids. I got the availability & booked 3rooms (DBL occupancy) for 4nights and 1room (TRPL occupancy) for 3nights at FAB hotel The Pacific and booked 1night at FabExpress Horizon which was the nearest option from Fab Hotel The Pacific. I m just listing down the Problems we have faced at FabHotel The Pacific & FabExpress Horizon:- • Hotels doesn’t have kitchen, they get breakfast from outside which was very lousy, LIMITED, and chilled. Two persons were diabetic, told several time not to put sugar in tea even then nobody bothers. • No RO water was being provided. They just provided complimentary 1ltr to each room, each day. So we had to bought 5ltr from outside at each day. • They provided only extra mattress for triple room. however rollaway bed was lying on our floor, when I asked to provide the rollaway bed, the housekeeping boy refused. • Several other awful EXPEREINCE too, but not listing down those as those happened sometimes. MAIN CONCERNS • The lady from Fab requested us to shift our hotel for 1night (28th Dec) as their system was not updated at the time of our booking and they were expected to receive a group of 23rooms which were booked 4months ago. All the mess has happened and finally we checked in to Fabhotel Byaris International -3DBL rooms. All this mess took our 3hours and created a huge tension to our senior citizen persons. • On 28th Dec we were supposed to check-in to FabExpress Horizon for 1TRPL room. On 27th Dec we went to this hotel just to check our booking. The reception staff (a boy was handicapped) confirmed us that they have very well received our full payment and booking so room will be there on 28th Dec. We informed him that we will be going to Lonvala and will be checking late at night by 10-11PM, so keep the room for us. He made us assurance but when we actually went to check-in at 1130PM on 28th Dec, there was no room on triple occupancy, the same boy told us that he made checked in to another client as nobody checked in by afternoon. He showed us a room which was like a store room for 2people, Then we had a great arguments. The boy was asking for Rs500 to shift the booking to another hotel then my husband spoke to your central reservation and then your staff managed to get a room at another hotel. All the expense of shifting, going to another hotel made by us. Another hotel’s staff at the reception was also asking for Payment of INR2500, which was later sorted out by your central reservation staff. Then finally our 3memebers got the room at late night at 1:30 Am. ALL THIS HAPPENED TO US. EVEN AFTER WE MADE ALL FULL PAYMENT TO FABHOTEL THE PACIFIC, FAB HOTEL BYARIS INTERNATIONAL AND FAB EXPRESS HORIZON. ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE TRAVELLED THROUGHOUT THE INDIA AND ABROD BUT THE FAMILY/ PERSONS ACCOMMOPAING US WAS FIRST TIME TRAVELLERS. AND THEY WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE HOTELS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH KIND OF THIGS LIKE LIMITED BREAKFAST, NO RO WATER, SHIFTING ONE HOTEL TO ANOTHER DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR ETC. IT’S NOT LIKE THAT I HAVE BOOKED A BUDGETED HOTEL FIRST TIME. I HAVE SEVERAL EXPERIENCED WITH OYO , AIR BNB,3* HOTEL, 4* AND 5* HOTELS BUT NEVER EXPERIENCED THESE SUCH THINGS. LASTLY, WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I WANT YOU TO COMPENSATE FOR ALL THIS MESS, MENTALLY HARASSMENT.
