What a surprise ! After feeling bad at Kolkata, this hotel in Mumbai made me better. They offered a really-spacious room on the 11th floor with even 2 views, a big and soft bed, a good working table, good Wifi signal and close to the Exhibition Centre. Opposite to the hotel is some good restaurants. Clean hotel. Staff are friendly. I totally recommend this hotel to friends.

I had book the basic room as the deluxe one was not available. During check in I was told that since the basic rooms are full I will be upgraded to the deluxe one for one night. The room is awesome.... Really spacious, well lit and very well designed. Double coat bed, 5 seater sofa set and a coffee table, a writing desk and chair... The room had enough space to play football. So huge it is... When I enquired whether I can continue the next day too in the same room by paying the additional amount. They said, "yes" and "no extra payment". Awesome service. Loved it altogether. The washroom too is spacious, stylishly made and kept tidy... Hats off to the reception staffs. Always had a smile on their face and ready to serve the customers. My first time in OYO.... Highly recommend this place.... Will be back here soon.... Will be here whenever in mumbai 👍🏼

Booked single occupancy for a day's stay. The location was really busy and a bit hard to reach. Google map shows the location quite accurately though, without that I would have had a hard time to reach there. Checked into the room at around 7PM, the check-in was really smooth and quick. They gave me the key in 30 seconds. Stunning performance. The lobby was neat and clean, but small for such a big facility. The room was quite big by hotel standards, had enough furnitures and two ACs. The bed and linen were neat. Felt comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was purely maharashtrian and good, but the restaurant ambience can improve a lot. There were too many bigs, not sure why such a hotel could not install a pest control mechanism in the restaurant. Didn't have much food because the bugs were everywhere in the food. Ordered an omlette and had it. Check out time was 11AM, asked for a late checkout and they allowed upto 12:30PM. Checked out at that time. Overall the stay was good without minor issues - like hot water supply was a problem, the water was not even warm. Breakfast not upto the mark. I would still recommend this hotel to all who are on short, business trip to Mumbai.

Maybe this was all my fault. Maybe I booked the wrong hotel BUT, given the quality of hotel I was able to book for almost the same price, I feel like what I am writing is reasonable. The rooms was dirty. The sheets were stained. The bathroom was nasty. There wasn't a towel, but on reflection, I wouldn't have used it. This is the kind of hotels where I stacked all of the furniture against the door each night and carried all of my valuables with me at all times. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that the breakfast was quite nice. Simple but nice. I would 100% NOT go back. If you are on a budget or need to stay in the area then either, stay somewhere else OR stay in a different part of town and commute using UBER (which is very cheap)

I do not even know where to begin. I will just list out the issues according to their magnitude and attach photos for proof. Just so you know, I paid INR 4,000+ for this deluxe hellhole. - THEY RAN OUT OF RUNNING WATER AT 9AM ON A WEEKDAY (FRIDAY) - Bed bugs to keep you awake (see attached video) - Linen was so filthy, I do not think they changed it. Pillow cases were reeking of sweat (not mine FYI) - Pillow itself was mouldy and dirty - The walls in the room were plastered with filth, looking almost like a slaughterhouse - No amenities provided - No cover in the bathroom drainage which left you peeping into a dirty and mouldy hole. - When you ask for an iron box, they give you one which is in such a pathetic condition that you could receive an electric shock if not used carefully. - The staff was so poorly trained, it was almost like they were pulled off the street and given a uniform I did send these to OYO also but it fell on deaf ears as I am sure this would too. Anyways interested parties beware.
