Had an amazing time here at Bageecha Novotel, It was a Private dinner setup by the beach side with a cabana setup. Starting with the service, Omkar was very Polite and welcoming. We had a quick and prompt service and the food was served hot as it was prepared. And the Food was quoted delicious. You must try the Fish preparation and mutton preparation by Chef J.P. The food was finger licking good!

The taste and quality of the food served by the chef JP was extraordinary, he took an extra step to serve us special thali. Everything starting from the starter to the main course and dessert was very tasty, specially Rajasthani Pithor saag.

We stayed for a day at Novotel hotel. Must mention the good was very delicious. Master Chef Jerson gave our table good attention and as per food exactly to our taste . Loved the dining 3 experience All the staff treat guests v well and our room was very clean.

I have stayed in Novotel juhu number of times since it’s inception , the hotel is now going down the drain in terms of service , experience, stay comfort . I have 3 rooms we are staying from 18th April till 20th April 2022 . 2 rooms were allocated on the 5th floor and the 3rd was also promised on the same floor but to our surprise we were told that room on the same floor is not available so we will be giving a room on the 4th floor . The breakfast was good but service was very bad , the restaurant didn’t have adequate staff to assist the guests . The rooms are comfortable but the bed sheets were stained and after requesting the housekeeping several times we had them changed . WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER , NEVER COMING BACK TO NOVOTEL JUHU . Wouldn’t RECOMMEND TO ANYONE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This has to be hands down the worst hotel there could ever be! The property is not maintained and the rooms smell like mould and fungus. The swimming pool is unclean and they don't have a changing room! They expect guests to use the gym washroom (which is located on 1st floor and guests are expected to walk through a portion of the lobby in swim costume) . They have no regard for this complaint and simply stand helpless stating the municipal corporation demolished their changing room (if only the the municipal corporation could do a little more favor). They haven't mentioned this anywhere on their website..and it is truly surprising the amout of argument and verbal fight they got into with me when I pointed this out to them. I am glad I spent not more than 2 hours at this horrific place and it was a win win because their staff didn't care about this either (talk about hospitality). So I saved my time, effort and energy and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ever!
