Everything is very good: Look, service, facilities, food. I have stayed here for two weeks and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable and I would love to visit again. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean spacious has every requirement, even something as small as sewing kit. Their hospitality manager takes care that every customer's need is met. Their complimentary buffet breakfast has a huge spread. They have good cab facility. Great Hotel!

when you travel for business, what do you expect from the play you stay in...... smiling faces to welcome you, a clean room, a good gym, "awesome food", a child like peaceful sleep, a work station, fast wifi, quick assistance with printouts...... here, you will get everything better that you expect. i will quote kapil paji, "once you taste the hospitality of RAMADA, the tongue wants more"..

I booked premium room with ramada i would say worth my stay, luxurious and simplicity both included We really had good time over, food was awesome, room was great and all in best package i got. My wife love the decor and hotel premises as it has lot of Greenery around most important it peace full stay.

I have been in the hotel twice on business trips in Navi Mumbai. the rooms in the hotel are great and spacious and they take care of all your travel needs. the staff and crew really shine in this hotel. all the service providers are very nice and tend to attend your every need. the food is great, in both restaurant. since i was working late every day, i ate mostly there and the food was amazing. Recently had crispy fry Lotus stem highly recommended and must try!!!!
A case study of “how come they get wonderful reviews”

Looking at all these wonderful review’s decided to stay over last weekend. There are many issues with the way hotel is kept and run, the main and key one is a very old and difficult bathroom. It has a tub which needs a ladder to get in and out. The tub is extremely slippery, there is a plastic mat in it, which was equally slippery. The water both in shower and the basin turns yellow every few minutes, yuk. The bed cover was strained and TV was difficult to figure out as remotes markings had worn out. Other issues include ill fitting dress of front desk staff and inordinate delay during check out (they have to call each department) to figure out if there is bill to be posted. Food quality (both dinner and breakfast) was much below one would expect from Ramada. Overall an experience not worth even if free (though I paid around 7K per night)
