Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai

It’s a fantastic property located in the heart of south Mumbai. We had a memorable stay and enjoyed the ambience, food, services and the warm hospitality of the staff! Heritage walk offered by the property is a must!

Exceptional location and service. The whole experience all the way from airport pickup to luggage collection at checkout was top notch. We had a sea facing room and it’s worth the premium. The service levels were absolutely too class. The room size are on smaller size but the view compensates for it. I just hoped breakfast buffet was little more varied like JW or Ritz.

right from the welcoming till the sendoff everything was awesome. the room , room service and the arrangement done by the staff for my anniversary was really memorable. Me and wife both really enjoy the service.

Our family stayed at Taj Mahal Tower from 28 Mar - 08 Apr 22. The stay was made absolutely memorable by the courteous staff of this esteemed hotel. They left no stone unturned in ensuring that we have the most comfortable stay and every small requirement of ours is looked after in an expedited manner. Special mention to following who spoilt and pampered us in true Taj spirit:- 1. Mr Udayraj Desai (Reservation) - He was always polite and patience with our ever changing requirements/requests and made all out efforts to ensure that all are met. He ensured smooth checkin for all 21 of us and went extra mile to check individually if everyone was comfortable. 2. Mr Anslem Fernandes - One man army when it comes to Rendezvous & Souk. He looked after my kids like his own. He knew what kids like / want and had it ready even before we ordered. He even introduced us to the chefs and helped us find our way around city. We all miss him and would definitely meet him on our next visit. 3. Mr. Sanjay (Housekeeping) - He made sure that our room was always in ship shape and enquired about our comfort or any requirement of ours atleast 3-4 times a day. He even surprised us with amazing decor of room for my son's second birthday and left us all speechless. 4. Ms Nikita, Mr Omkar and Mr Sudin (Chefs) - Falling short of words to describe their culinary talent. Everything that we tasted was sumptuous and never got a reason to complain. Loved their dedication and eye for detail for each and every dish that was sent to out tables. They are true Perfectionists. Kudos. 5. Mr Akshay (F&B Manager) - A very calm and composed gentleman who had a solution to all our issues. He made sure all our meal requirements are met and we are never late for any official commitments. He was always found taking feedback from the guests and made sure that there is negligible waiting even when there is maddening rush. 6. Mr Prashant, Mr Raju, Mr Kartik, Mr Suresh and Mr Allwyn (Restaurant Staff) - Haven't met a more joyful and polite set of people who made every morning a delight and bring a smile on your face. They all were thorough professionals and above all - good souls. They made our meals an enjoyable event - something we all used to look forward to every day. Prashant even knew when I would like a waffle and had it made specially without even me asking for it. These small actions leave an everlasting impression. 7. The staff at Reception, Valet, Lobby, Pianists, Swimming Pool, Gym, Bell Boys - They all made our life comfortable in one way or the other. Rather they all touched our lives and left an everlasting impression. Will never forget anyone that we came across at Taj. My wife joins me in thanking you all for a memorable experience. Good hotel with a nice view .... not a fairmont or four seasons but I see a lot of people haggling their way to luxury here. I was greeted and helped promptly by Mandar at the front gate and have had good service from him and his friends at front desk. im a room service kinda guy so I can say very disappointed with the quality of their service and food in room but they do have a decent breakfast. will try and explore their morimoto restaurant tonight. This hotel is for the busy bodies definitely not for a calm and relaxed environment as there is a lot of people just hanging out at the lobby couches. im glad I checked it out to see what the fuss was about and the brand ! I would rate it 3 out 5 only because there is no 5 star experience I have encountered as of yet except the front desk mandar! Restaurants and Bar ; 3 Service 4 ambience and location 4 spa 2.5 (they try and upsell a lot which isn't relaxing) something that differentiates them from an average 4 star hotel is barely anything I would recommend it for the price though its inexpensive except the amenities
