Clean rooms with nice sea view and stadium view (for those interested in IPL) polite and friendly staff. Would recommend as a reasonably priced hotel. Good breakfast and food. A place worth staying for business visits

Stayed for Apr 14 to Apr16 Sharing my experience: Made 4 calls over 4 days to enquire: Whether breakfast is included in the room rates Whether buffet dinner is served in the restaurant Finally got answers during check-in!! Check-in time in 12noon, we intimated that we will check-in at 1.30pm, but they gave us the room only at 2.30pm - no soap, no shower gel, and no bathroom mat. And the room delay was explained as they are giving finishing touches to the room! Next day when I asked for an extra bottle of water, the housekeeping told me that I was entitled to only 2 bottles!! I was ready to pay for the extra bottle!! We went down and bought a bottle from outside. At the entrance security was too busy chatting, to frisk me. During check-out, I was told to vacate the room urgently at 12 noon, as guests were waiting. After lot of requests I was allowed to stay till 1pm.However we checked out at 12.30pm. And during checkout I was told there is one Lays missing. We didn't consume it. What is happening? Basically no one was bothered about resolution and were nonchalant about service and complaints. They just said sorry. And also that all are trainees. Only person good was Mamta in the breakfast buffet, who was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.

Don't know who they bribed to get five stars, as the quality is two stars at the maximum. Rooms are small, dirty, old-fashioned, the lobby is a joke, breakfast selection is very small, the breakfast hall is smokey from cooking, the WiFi is super unreliable and goes on and off constantly, the pool is tiny. Only good point is (in case you have a sea view) the view on Marine Drive.
