Hotel is near by Ghatkopar. Hotel price is not to much high as much as mumbai’s other hotels. About cleaning, staff of the hotel and factuality. I am very much satisfied. Staff is very educated. That know how treat customer.

Stayed for 4 nights. Polite staff, clean room ans washroom, good AC and flat screen TV. Though it is in a slightly industrial / slum area, good part is that it is walking distance from Sakinaka Metro station. Bed sheets were slightly stained (due to stubborn stains), but overall, cleanliness of rooms was good Overall, a good stay for the bargain that I got from Goibibo.com

The hotel is a good budget hotel. The rooms were little less spacious. Other than that, the hotel is good. The location is also easily accessible. The hotel manager is also very kind and helpful. Recommended for solo travelers.

The property is on a very busy road with steep steps to reach the hotel, it was a struggle with a heavy backpack! We booked and paid for two rooms via Cleartrip ten months prior to our stay, when we arrived at 4pm we were told that there was no rooms available and that Cleartrip hadn't advised them of our booking. After ringing around trying to get us another hotel the staff agreed that we could use two rooms for a couple of hours so that we could rest and shower before our international flight. We completed the register but on pages at the back of the book that were hidden by being stapled together! The rooms were small but clean, the hotel was convenient for the metro and the airport. We didn't use their taxi service as they quoted a ridiculous price of 800r for the very short journey to the airport.

The management is so bloody mean and rude, they treat their customers as their servants. The owner of this pathetic hotel threatened me and my friends when we refused to pay 700 extra bucks for god knows what reason. This was after when they gave us a bill of 2000 bucks during check in which was or full payment. The owner even dared to say that he will not let us leave the premises until we paid up. Look for something else. This place doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel.
