The Paradise by Tunga

Been stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall experience was Excellent. The room was nice, bathroom with bath tube, breakfast was good too with some choices of Indian food and dessert. Close to the airport its about 20 minutes if the traffic is good.

It was an amazing stay. Completely satisfied. Would strongly recommend. The staff was polite and eager to make your stay effortless and peaceful. The ambiance was decent too. I really liked the hospitality as each and every employee made sure you are having a good time.

Amazing Property, Nice Ambience, Polite staff. Love this place personally, been there twice. Breakfast is good and the rooms are very Clean and Hygienic. A Must visit place for travellers and families.

This was my 2nd time in this pathetic property however my stay experience was worst. I would love to share the truth fact what I have faced and I don’t want other travellers to face it So firstly they don’t have parking they asked us to park our bike on road which was not safe. Then we proceeded towards the reception for check-in. Reception ohh really? It seems like a hut. Then a receptionist assigned us a room after which was 409 informing room will be ready in 2 minutes but god know why took so long, we went to the room and a housekeeping person surprised us in the room as he was cleaning. So again we have to wait to dry up the floor. We were soo tired as we had done Night Shift and due to this rain we were not able to travel till our home we selected this property as it was convenient for us from our work place. We were so sleepy and there was no AC in the room we called reception for more then 8 to 9 times nobody turned up then finally an engineer came and told it will work fine however temperature never went down below 27 and there was a water flowing from minibar. “Imagine you are sleeping and hear that sound” however as we were so sleepy so decided to put on earplugs and we slept then we asked for water as the water which was placed in room was used one. The time when i woke up i was very thirsty and I requested for water housekeeping person denied as he mentioned we provided when we checked in However he came and gave me the water and I returned him that bottle which he had given me on my arrival as it was used my someone. During this pandemic they people taking things very lightly. Then in evening we went to have food so the time when i stepped out from reception there was a roof which was falling from above. “LEMME TAKE A MOMENT TO THANKS GOD THAT NOTHING SUCH FALLEN ON US”. When i told security person when we were coming at that moment you people should inform us that this thing is going on so he replied that same was informed at reception that send guest from back gate not from here however I got soo scared and didn’t planned to return back in this hotel.
