    One of the best hotels in Mumbai.Staff were co operative and courteous. They are very trusted. Though the design of the room was old fashioned, it had all the basic needs that one needs to stay. It served free breakfast buffet which was of high quality. In one suit a bathtub was there . Children enjoy bathing in the tub due to hot weather. "Rooms are clean and all facilities are available in room." Great peace, any one can spend good time . We all enjoy a lot .

    Hotel is good in front of the park no noise at all. Food is on expensive side. Room is clean, it has a mini refrigerator TV with some good channels. window AC and FAN. Two bottles of water are given daily and room cleaning is done daily. Bathroom is small but good enough soap and shampoo is given along with clean white towel. Hotel is near Andheri station west approx 10-15 min walking.

    Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and almost all facilities are available. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Foods are available there and quality is good and costly. Book hotel with complementary breakfast will be good option.
  • Old fashioned rooms with rude staff

    The location of the hotel is good. It is around 800 metres from Andheri railway station. It is quite close to a nice oark. The check-in was good but the staff is rude and not at all courteous. I was denied breakfast in my room even citing it as an emergency. The rooms are a bit old with average facilities.

    Hotel is best suited for those who want a cheap place to sleep, and is conveniently located in the city. There is nothing else to write about. They really need to train staff in basic courtesy, had seen few heated conversations between room service staff and customers, which wasn’t a pleasant site. The hotel will charge you for spiked towels, the charge is not much, but the way they approach the whole thing is pretty disappointing. Some rooms smell stale and a constant lingering of cigarette smoke is present. Those who don’t like the smell, please ask for non smoking rooms if they have. The room service is pretty basic. Suggest you bring in your own toiletries and towels.
