Seamless from my first phone interaction to reservation team...Cyril D'souza made it possible in secs... Shruthi and Omkar check in process and support through out my stay is awesome...i never felt like away from home... flexibility at best...ever smiling and passion in front office reflects clearly Duty manager's timely decision making shows the experience behind adding more reputation to the hotel Zuber at restaurant is an one man army...very young talented and really made our lunch time so cherishing...Jaspal ji care is utmost and outstanding Overall.. hospitality at best.. worth for money spent... Will be my place to stay for my next visit..

Me and my wife came to stay for 2 days. We absolutely loved the entire experience during our stay. The atmosphere was pleasant and the fragrance of fresh flowers filled the whole serene environment. We were extremely thrilled for the warm welcome with the bouquet of flowers by Sunil, Ekta, Omkar, Shruti. The room was well decorated and it had a great viewing area,we enjoyed the stunning scenery of the beach. Breakfast was delicious, which had lot of varities on buffet and Dinner in LnS. Was surprised to see Ankeeta welcoming and greeting each and every guest and escort on the table. Also Dhaval, Zuber and Jaspal ji were outstanding during their service. Thank you for doing everything possible to make us feel just like VIP during our stay. We will never forget your hospitality bestowed upon us throughout our stay.

I had a amazing experience at this hotel when I visited on 14th March for my Visa submission at Spain Consulate. The staff were courteous and had welcomed and provided with good round on facilities at Hotel, which I haven't seen in my earlier visit to any Star hotels, we were on our own to explore facilities. We had been given Complimentary Fruits and Welcome Drink the moment we checked in. Post which, I was surprised with a Pastry exclusively made Eggless (as I am pure Veg), for my Daughter, (Pampering ). The beauty lies that we haven't provided her name or any travel document with her name. The staff were attentive and heard her name and got a Pastry written with her name. Next day, at Breakfast, had another surprise waiting for us, when Chef Anchal went out of her way and decorated a beautiful plate with Pan Cakes, Cream and Choclate, pampering my Daughter again. Well, She did enjoy seeing Pancakes and a beautiful face. Dhaval and Prerna were equally very helpful all along our visit and did make the stay comfortable, I will highly recommend to visit this place for best sea view, more quietness and great hospitality. Its always good to stay at less crowded place then to stay at renowned crowded place (Read Trident). I will surely visit again and cherish my time here at this place.

The most cherishable experience of my life. Staff is damn co operative n amazing to deal with. Check in check out, requests, services r all hassle free. I had a 2 day stay wid really good deals. Shruti n prateek at the reception are so so good. Shruti is tooo sweet n caring for her customers. Naved has been appointed for his night duties. Amazing guy really sweet. He arranged or fulfilled all of my requests even in the middle of the nights. And the reminder calls from him for my early mrning travel was appreciable. Talking bout food, its mouth watering. Especially chef aanchal has magic in her hands. N staff at the restaurant prerna n griffith and all the staff at dinner time are all really caring n superb. I had a very comfortable stay hassle free. Highly highly recommended ❤❤❤ I loved intercontinental hotel.
