    It was pleasant stay for me i like the service of the hotel the hospitality was awesome special thanks to the welcome team ms. Arpita and ms. Deepali they where very polite and humble and other at front desk as well the room was nice like the view

    Visited itc with my friends and checked in for a single night. It was late in the night and the Reception team were sweet enough to give us a room as per our preference. The Duty Manager Mr Piran and Lavanya at the Reception did not waste any time and gave us a room as per our preference. Later when we stepped down Mr Subodh at the Concierge desk helped us sorting out some places to see in the South end of the city and gave us some nearby food options too. Very helpful and prompt service from the Front desk team. Thank you once again and will surely return soon

    Great hospitality by ITC staff . Special thanks to Aftab & her colleaque who really did all what is expected on a business trip …. Seamless check in , good room , great hospitality and specially the choice of room , lounge access , etc … Pleasure staying there and recommend others too

    The hotel is very good cleanliness and service wise. staff is also very good, cooperative and hardworking. Special appreciation for the guys duty manger - Jasmin Security incharge - Sanjay and Hemant Security- Anil Patil Bell boy - Sandeep waiter- Daksh Staying here since past a month now and couldn’t ask for a better place
