So i do hotel related vlogging but it's tricky to put it across to the front desk while checking in. Front desks at any hotel often are intimidated by this and they respond rather distinctively if a complimentary upgrade is requested. But Ms. Sanika Padte who's part of the Front desk was breath of fresh oxygen filled air, not only she was very considerate but excessively caramel coated in her response when i requested for a complimentary upgrade. She not only made certain that she finds me the best room with the best view but also during my entire she kept a check of my wellbeing. These tiny gestures really made my stay not only comfortable but also elevated Four Seasons and its commitment of putting hospitality and guest satisfaction first over anything else. I thank Sanika and the entire team for their and i can't wait to come back for another staycation PS:I would suggest anyone who comes to Four Season to connect with Sanika, her bright smile & drive to facilitate a guest to have a very comfortable stay would win you over. I have had an amazing stay at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. The staff is professionall, cordial and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel offers all facilities. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Mumbai.

Our fifth stay at the Four Seasons - an amazing hotel with superb room, great restaurants and bars - the hotel staff went out of their way to provide great service! The food quality was exceptional at the SanQi restaurant.

Good property, well maintained. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Some petty issues are there like maintenance in toilet but that ok. Worth it. Special appreciation for Mr Praveen, front desk manager, who is very helpful and cooperative.

Vat on alcohol in Mumbai is 5%. But this cheater hotel charges you 20% for no reason n even fight with you when you point out. Arrogant staff. Utter obnoxious attitude when asked about overcharging. I have bill n receipts to prove
