Pros: 1.Rooms looked as described in the pictures 2. Hotel was clean and well maintained 3. Staff were courteous and helpful 4. Breakfast provided was very good 5. Location was great. Cons: 1.Rooms and corridors were not spacious(just enough space to walk around) 2. Beds were not large. People over 5'11" will find it difficult to accomodate themselves. 3. Toiletries provided were not adequate. Overall, a very good place to stay, especially as a family. Go for it!!!

The cubicals, sorry rooms, are so small that I could hear the sound of TV from the adjoining room. I don't know if it was an odd day but other inmates were making so much noise that I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was boring.

Well, we stayed there for about five days. Due to the construction works of the Government, the main entrance was blocked and the guest had to enter the hotel through the basement. No complains regarding that. The Rooms are good, tastefully decorated. Toilet was clean and with toiletries and clean towel. Food was also good and is served only in the rooms. Laundry service was also fast and efficient. The complain I have got is regarding the behavior of the service staff. The complementary breakfast was served in the dining area where the tables remain uncleaned even after the patron had moved away from there, the cutlery and the cups and plates were never sufficient. You have remind them repeatedly to get the tables clean so that you can sit for your for breakfast. Even then, the staff will mop the table by drenching the cloth with the water from the drinking water dispenser. Then, he will move to serve you tea/ coffee without washing his hands. The person in the reception is least bothered about the complains. The waiter will serve the food with an attitude of doing you a favor. Dear Management, kindly teach your service staff to be courteous. You cannot move with an air of high handedness regarding your patrons.

Place is descent n staff is nice n helpfull food is good perfect place to stay with family friend washroom are big and spacious rooms are clean and great all total it's great experience I liked it n my friends too

One of my worst choices that I made in booking this hotel at Mumbai. The rooms ware stinky and the Lenin looked like not washed, it was stinking. The plug points don’t work properly, no amenities in the toilets. Irrespective of changing the rooms three times it was the same experience. If they don’t correct themselves... it’s a bad choice to make. I am not going back there for sure.
