Hotel Airport Metro

Going out and finding a good hotel is always a very difficult task. I went to Mumbai on an official trip and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel really deserves to be called as a hotel. The location of this hotel is wonderful from where u can move anywhere in Mumbai. It is close to Airport Road Metro station, Andheri Railway Station, Airport and other important places in Mumbai. One can also easily find public transport like auto and taxi from this place. Their hospitality, room amenities and services are at par. Rooms are pretty large in size fitted with new & powerful AC's. The food they provide is ultimate. Manager of the hotel Mr. Shyam is a true gentleman, polite, friendly & helpful and so is the staff of this hotel. I would strongly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Its a 2 star hotel 3.5 kms from airport and 100 ms away from metro station.but rooms are very small,rooms not cleaned properly. Only bread omelet for Breakfast not options were given.overal experience is bad.

We booked an executive family room which was supposed to have two double beds and one extra bed. There were two options when I booked, I selected the costlier one with the hope that I will have a comfortable stay. But to my surprise I was given the lower category room. Lesson learnt... never book the executive room over the internet, rather one should upgrade it at the hotel. The attached bathroom to the room given to us was the most tiniest one, even its door would half open as there is a wash basin blocking it , toilet seat was broken, shower area was so cramped that you better sit on the toilet seat to have a shower. On our regular complaints hotel owner agreed to move us to our booked category, we had booked for three days but we were shifted only on the last night. This room was bit bigger but was infested with mouse and various insects. The mouse damaged our bags and food and my son had rashes all over his body. While checking out I asked for a discount for not allotting the room booked by me, which was refused rigidly, although owner repeated sorry few times. I will never ever recommend any one to stay in this hotel.

Dear Friends never book this hotel, the owners and managing staff are cheats and fraudsters. They ask for additional money than published booking amount in name of bigger name. Food is also horrible and not a safe hotel... your belongings may not be safe. Cleanliness and hygine is poor... its in slum area of Marol, Andheri east. A big no for travelers to book this hotel!!

On an unplanned trip to Mumbai I ended up doing the booking of this hotel via 'Just Dial' . Th owner/manager of the hotel contacted me and told that the property is a 3 Star Property with regular Facilities like "AC Rooms, WIFI, Complementary Breakfast etc". As I was new t the city and it was getting late so I agreed. On reaching the hotel we were shown the rooms which were Super Small (hardly any space to stand as almost whole of the room was covered with the bed itself). Room service menu card itself declared that the minimum time required for delivery will be 45 Min. At night the AC started throwing water on the bed (as the bed was attached to the wall on which the AC was mounted). We complained and were informed that there is no outlet for water discharge of the AC. So not to set the AC temperature below 27*C In the morning there was no HOT Water in the hotel. When we enquired they said that the solar heater is there but is broken right now. So we will have to manage on our own (i.e to take a cold shower). Next morning we were checking out at 8.30 AM and for complementary breakfast we were told that only bread toast and tea is available. When we asked why? Then we were told by the manager that the hotel does not has its own kitchen. So they bring food from outside. As so early in morning the nearby restaurants are still not open so they will not be able to give us anything else (as they only have these options in the in house staff kitchen). All through the night the staff of the hotel was creating a lot of noice (our room was on ground floor) and a lot of vessels were clattered around (hence was surprised to know that they dont even have a kitchen). Only good thing about the hotel was its WIFI speed, which was awesome! But again we stayed for some 11 hours and paid Rs 3000/- for this kind of stay... so I must say the WIFI was too expensive! Over all a big NO NO to any one planning to stay here ..!
