Excellent property situated in the lush green forest. Rooms are well placed for the right view. Food is excellent at the restaurant. It worth every penny you spend. This is a must visit resort when you visit Munnar. Road to the resort is very good and you can reach resort within minutes from heart of Munnar.

We visited this property in March 2022 and had an amazing experience. Rooms: We booked the Pool view Jacuzzi rooms and they were worth it. Just loved the clean, well maintained and decent Sized 2 rooms and the huge bathroom with the Jacuzzi tub. Totally pampered myself and the Kids loved it too. Our room had an excellent pool view and the forest that covers the surroundings of the resort made the view even more amazing. Food: Veg food Taste was very good. We had BF included in our package but since we saw there were very limited options for Veg food, the resort made us the specific Veg food that we asked for. They had Buffet for Dinner available with a wide variety of options but again less options for Veg lovers like us to which the resort willing served us with the Veg Al-a-carte that we ordered just that we had to place the order an hour in advance which was a fair ask. The food served was tasty. Even the kids loved it. Hospitality of the Staff: Very helpful and cooperative staff. We were offered the famous rose tea on arrival. The manager personally came a couple of times to enquire if we are facing any problems during our stay which I felt was nice. He was paying personal attention to the guests. Value for Money: Totally every penny worth it. Pool: It was clean and properly maintained. The kids had a blast in the pool. Though the water was cold due to the cool weather but we enjoyed the pool. Resort Ambience: The resort is surrounded by thick and dense forest. They have maintained the place very well. You would be amazed by the greenery around you. Serene and tranquil Reaching the Resort: We headed to Munnar from Kochi airport and the roads in Munnar are generally a bit scary and so was the road to reach the resort. They are step but easily drivable during the day. Would not recommend to drive there after the sunset.

The location is great, Sandeep at the desk office is simply amazing!!! It is he who has made my trip. But otherwise, there is absolutely no cleanliness. Their dining area is terribly dirty all the time. Most of the staff is a trainee and don't have any clue. The pool, and this is especially for the LADIES – In the hotel pool, people get in wearing anything they like (everyday clothing), people are allowed to drink and smoke in the pool. If you are cool with that then fine, if not, this is probably not the place for you. Apart from this, the location is deep in the forest, which is what I was looking for. I always look for a calm, meditative place. But they have speakers all over the property which play loud music. On my request they did shut them down, but their clientele seems to consist of people who come here to party (especially considering they allow smoke in drink in pool). And this place is really crowded most of the time. So, if you are looking for a calm peaceful stay I would say re-consider. If not then, this is perhaps your fit. They have a nice spa and the kitchen staff, though is unable to maintain any sense of cleanliness, cooked some special food for me. They are very kind. There is a small river behind the property which you can go to, but people throw soaps and plastic garbage, and it will soon be a garbage dump yard. They are constructing a coffee shop over it. Ecology is not exactly on their minds (for those who are conscious of this aspect, I am). They let their customers throw anything anywhere, including in the river.

Day One Started Today. Came with very high expectations after seeing so much reviews and the Star category services which they are offering.. But somehow i was really disappointed intitally itself. The room allocated was really a damaged one.. The Walls,Wardrobe, linen used the lock set was all damaged..I can't really believe how such a room can be Given a five Star Classification.. Then I requested the Service person in reception to provide a change for me. She was courteous.. came to see my room and provided another room which was much better... Food : Ordered 2 chicken biriyani costing 350/- and was totally disappointed.. Room Service : Asked for a bottle of water and towel and it was provided after 5 follow-ups and one hour.. Two night's and a day to be spend here..Two breakfast and two dinner to be experienced.. Will provide a detailed review after experiencing my two days of stay..

Almost 9 km from the main road narrow but not narrow road, night drive is not possible am staying here today in a Deluxe twin room it’s an ancient property, neat but not worth for money food is expensive hard to move from here for sightseeing friendly but not professional staffs don't have direct valley view rooms.
