Amazing service from the time of check-in till check out. Aparna and Kavya from the reception were very helpful. Each and every staff did their best including the security. View from the premium room was stunning! Food was yummy! Thanks to the management for taking the suggestions and improvising on everything possible. One of the best services I have ever received in Hotels and resorts. Good luck! You guys are awesome!

Superb location of the hotel. West side you can see beautiful sunset from balcony which is overwhelming. From east side you can see the amazing sunrise. Rooms are big and good view and light . Swimming pool was good. But they must keep some attendant to look after ,as some people do spoil the water. Dining was good .But if any senior citizens are there,then they have to walk down . Room service was bit sluggish. Overall nice.

It was an ecstatic experience in the pristine and secluded place of stay in the range of hills. Swimming pool was like icing on cake. View of sunrise and hills was amazing from Rooms and food quality was excellent.

👌👌👌👌👌. Wow It is one of the best hotels in Munnar. Town is just few meters apart... We had a good time there. Excellent food and supportive staff. Rooms were very neat and tidy, Restroom is absolutely fine with clean campus. Attractive river and mountain view. Try once and explore the nature. We are so happy 😄 Thanks team👍

I had send 03 families in this resort they are not happy for there service & Behavior. Rooms where not clean & very expencive. I spoke with the MD about the service issues he was very rude. Cheeting people
