Long story short: It was one of the best stays we had. I am from Delhi and took this trip with my family. From the starting, the management helped us in clearing all our doubts. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed by their speciality, 6- spice tea which was refreshing after our journey from Kochi. They accomodated our request regarding room occupancy, we booked the suite. The rooms and washrooms were clean and had great view of the ranges. Excellent and quick service, the staff was very polite. The food was amazing, breakfast had many option. Overall a pleasant stay!

An amazing property with superb location, excellent staff members and great rooms: this is how this property should be reviewed. A small river flowing on the back of the hotel, tea gardens, greenery, at the height of natural beauty. Loved it

Stayed in Grand Plaza Munnar for 3 nights in March 21. Grand Plaza is located on the entry point to Munnar...on the MSC Road. A multi-storey modern hotel with excellent facility and the greatest value for money. We booked thru Booking.com and paid at the property...very attractive rate. The hotel back office person MR Chacko at Cochin assured us of two good rooms. Mr Binu from hotel front desk also called to check our arrival plan. We started from Chalakudy— 130 km away. About 4 hours drive. Had lunch at Clay Oven restaurant which is midway. Very clean place, only veg food, North Indian, chinese and South Indian items are served here. Room no 402 and 403 were given to us... top floor front side...two walls are glass windows facing east and north. The Muthirappuzhyaar River surrounds the hotel and u hv a grand open view from both the sides. There is ample parking free of charge, toilet facility for driver and they also provide extra blankets for them. The surroundings are absolutely silent but the main road with auto stand and taxi stand is just two minutes walk. They hv a large restaurant serving buffet breakfast @ 300/-. But there are two excellent eateries nearby...Butlers Creek cafe, SN Restaurant. Both serve excellent sandwiches and coffee. SN serves Indian Snack as well. Recommend Alibaba as a non veg food joint in Munnar.

I & my wife had recently visited munnar and had booked this hotel for 2 days; the location of the hotel was very peaceful with great nature view from the room. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with good amenities, bathroom was also clean. Nice sitting arrangement was made just next to the window of the room with a splendid river view. The Management & staff here was excellent with very friendly, polite and helpful nature and always smiling. Food in the restaurant of this hotel was good with awesome view. Overall had an amazing experience here and definitely like to visit again. This Hotel is highly recommended for a great stay for couples and families.

Stayed with family here and had a good experience. Excellent room, very good food for breakfast and got good service. Had a great time overall. All facilities are near by as its located at town itself.
