Perfect location in the centre of Munnar. Very good staff. Food is so good. Have lots of options for children to play. Being near to market one can go anywhere anytime. Buffet Breakfast is having many good options. All sight seeing like rose garden, Tea museum, Photo point are nearby. Closest to echo point with many cabs and bus services available. And yes hot water is available from 5 to 11 both AM and PM. Electric cattle should be new and yes few room lights needs to be replaced.View from balcony to Munnar market is great.

This was wonderfully experience in this hotel. Mr. Antony the front office guy, he helped to check in and the whole day he helped a lot thanks to antony and the entire team. Food was awesome, Mr. Babu the executive chef he was brilliant to make food Their service is extra ordinary we are enjoyed alot we will recommended to this hotel all thanks alot we will definitely come back.

It was a fine experience. And good customer service. We stayed for 4 days. Clean environment and hygiene washroom hepls my child a happy stay. I recommend a good stay and enjoying a nice healthy stay with your family here.

We as a couple stayed at Eastend Munnar for 2 days. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Location is very close to Munnar town. Car parking is wise and one can park it under the shade. Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. 3500 per day seems somewhat costly and there is a balcony, where you can only enjoy the Munnar town view. Welcome drink provided wasn't good though. Renovation work is going on. There is a picturesque garden which is good for photos and leisure time.
