Visited Tea Castle, Munnar on 8/4/22. Everyone at the hotel were very welcoming. Nice of them to give us a upgrade on the room. Food was very hygienic and on time. Affordable prices as well. Though our check out time was 11AM and we were back from local sightseeing at 2PM, they very humbly said not to worry and even got us coffee to freshen up. I personally don’t know any hotel allowing us to keep our bags in the room beyond checkout time & not charging us anything. Kudos to Team Tea Castle! Would definitely recommend to stay here when visiting Munnar. Great job everyone from Manager to the Housekeeping staff!

Tea Castle is very good restaurant to Stay in. We had a stay of 2 nights and the Food was good, staff service was excellent. At reasonable costs they are providing a very good service and stay. THANK YOU

Amazing hill view from balcony,worth to stay,nice staff,rooms are neat nd clean,mr pramod manager is very cooperative nd we enjoyed staying there nd would love to stay again if got a chance in future.

The Stay at Tea castle was very pleasant. Everyone thereof was very kind and helpful to us. Place was clean and hygenic. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good. Room service was also punctual and very good.
