The stay was really pleasant and comfortable. Nice hotel, good location and best is the staff. Very professional and courteous staff in the hotel. Food was very delicious and healthy. Everything was up to the mark. Good hospitality and great ambience..

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Friendly staff, gud service especially with the parking service beautifully decorated room. Quickly service providers.

Located next to library and on the mall road, nice small prince room with common balcony, waiters or service boys are with proper dressings and their humblness won the heart. Especially Mr kandhari at restaurant was kind and humble to kids breakfast demands. Though very limited options but full of taste and value. We should took dinner in our stay but could not. They have four floors and all are with valley View. Parking is available and easy to travel to kempty fall and company bagh. Pls note they won't provide irons due to some customers damaged their linen as per manager.

We stayed in this hotel last weekend and took Maharani suite as we were 4 adults, rooms were comfortable and balcony is big with amazing valley view so overall value for money, room service is quick, snacks are amazing specially pakoras and tandoori chicken. Staff is helpful, front desk manager Mayank is very supportive.

I have stayed in price room. Horrible . Not at all clean . Shower curtain is not washed for ages. Worse than public toilet. We requested for a additional bed they gave a floor mattress which is torn and worn out, i am a regular traveller . i never had such a terrible experience
