The resort is good and the rooms are well kept and well spread. However there are no amenities in the resort . THe working staff are less in no . The two good and pleasant people we encountered in the resort are the receptionist Ms Nandini and the F&B Manager Mr Bhaskaran who tried there best to keep the guests morale high by doing everything possible in thier mught

Location far from key spots in city. Spacious resort but room quality needs a complete overhaul ! Wonder why Club Mahindra has this one as a partner ! Housekeeping / room service takes time. Bathroom used to get flooded after use. No buffet for any meal. Limited options for breakfast. Can definitely avoid to stay here and definitely not in class of any Club Mahindra resorts.

Very bad quality of rooms, toilets, hotel is very much under staff. There are molds in room, there is nothing that was perfect in hotel Staff is either inattentive or rude We had to call 3-4 times for items to delivered from restaurant or house keeping We wer 4 families traveling, extra bed was not available, as per them there are only 5 extra bed in the facilities Over all pathetic experience, will never come again. We came because its a club mahindra tie up

Just one word Aviod. Nothing good about this resort. Rooms shabby and dated no staff for maintenance food service will take ages to come.Just Aviod this property. Swimming pool is chipped tiles coming out changing room unhygienic and they call themselves 4 star property

We booked this resort thinking that it is a Club Mahindra-affiliated resort, but it was nowhere close to our expectations. The resort was poorly maintained (we felt almost like we were in a deserted resort). The activity room was in a sorry state, cleanliness, upkeep, and hospitality were also not up to our expectations, The only saving grace was the food, which was really tasty. We had planned for 3 nights, but we were so bored in 2 days that we decided to cut short 1 day and checked out one day prior. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone!
