Hotel Lok Sagar Mysore

Great experience staying at the hotel. Nice and sweet staff. One of the best place to eat at Lok ruchi, the inhouse restaurant. Near to every important plcace to visit in Mysore.Overall very good stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here 2weeks ago One of the best Hotel in the center heart of the Mysore closer to all the palace’s Hospitals, and shops The place is extremely clean Rooms are spacious Hot water available and the Hotel is very new and well maintained the Manager Mr Rajesh he was really helpful and friendly can easily accessible if I need anything and his super team I really appreciate for arranging my wife birthday party on the Roof top it was amazing :) I highly enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to anyone wants to stay in this area. The good family hotel at Mysore, all the places to visit is close to the hotel, the manager Mr. Rajesh is so friendly and helpful to serve the guests with smile, I suggest this hotel for families. In this pandemic situation they have well maintained and sanitized.

We saw the reviews and booked the hotel for a night stay at Mysore. Hotel is located in centre of city very close to Mysore Palace and Zoo. Hotel looks relatively new with small rooms, good fittings etc. The Service is pathetic. There are only two people handling the hotel, one at reception and one for cleaning, this is understandable during Covid that staff is less but basic service needs to be provided. We arrived after long road trip and were given a room with dirty toilet that had not been cleaned, no soap in room, bedsheets with stains and sheet had not been changed. On complaining we were given another room but bed sheet was still not a fresh one, had to ask for another one and cover the sheet. Bad cleanliness especially during times when hotel should pay extra attention to hygiene.

One of the most pathetic hotel service I have seen through my years of travel. They are most dishonest, service was pathetic and response was very slow. Rooms keys were not working, toilet seat was broken, while checking out no one was there at reception and no one helped handling bags. Very pathetic, felt like idiots driving hotel. Restaurant is not working, we got tea through plastic bags and in disposable cups. Absolutely terrible, will advise to avoid this hotel. No usp except location.
