Nice hotel in Mysore

A really nice hotel, centrally located and awesome food and ambience. The rooms are clean and nice. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. Overall I recommend a stay here. The rooftop restaurant is the added flavor of this hotel.

Twice I had stayed here, Hotel is centrally located , easy to access. There is no Cover Parking Room space was okay, comfortable. Staffs were prompt . Cleanliness needs to be improved. Ordered food at the hotel's restaurant, it was again an okay one.

Room was big enough. AC was not working fully but Fan was sufficient due to not to hot climate in March. Simming pool on top floor is a big size bath tub. Restaurant is good and drinks are just fine. Car park is around 50meters from the property. What is unacceptable is chrging Rs 42 (MRP Rs 40 with delivery service charge of Rs 2) for a litre of own packaged water. Whereever you go, you can buy water at Rs 20.00. Water is not a luxury but a necessity and charging Rs 42.00 per litre is crime.

This place is situated opposite to the jss hospital. Google maps gave right directions. We reached the hotel at about 8 pm and there’s no valet service for car parking. The doorman just stood and watched as we took our luggage by ourselves. He didn’t even offer to carry or ask if we needed help. Checkin process was smooth and we headed for dinner after checking into the room. Room was very small. We had booked a club room. It is ok for a single night stay. Won’t recommend for longer duration. Food taste was ok. Nothing mouth watering. Beddings were comfy and we had a good sleep. Limited tv channels as well. We were called at 7 am by reception telling us that the breakfast would be ready by7:30 and available until 10:30. Morning breakfast was TERRIBLE. Cold, empty vessels and tasteless food greeted us as we went in at 9:45 am. Coffee was bad. If stay in this hotel but give it’s food a miss anyday. Advice to management: Ensure that there’s enough food when guests come for breakfast. You don’t want to leave them waiting for food till their appetite dies off.
