We had wonderful stay at Naini Retreat.It is beautiful property with mixture of antique & modernization.Hotel staff is very polite & humble. We celebrated our 10th Anniversary where hotel provided a special candle light dinner.This is a heavenly place to stay in Nainital.
Decent Place with basic amenities.

It was very Decent Place with basic amenities. Breakfast offered was good taste. Rooms are quiet spacious. Special thanks to Mr. Deep for taking extra care and being very friendly with us and guiding us the places in Nainitaal.

Lets get to the pros and cons Pros: Hotel staff is cooperative. Cons: 1.Rooms are very compact.cannot even order food inside rooms as do not have place to keep plates 2.the hotel is 1.5 to 2 km away from mall road and has steep slope (45 degree) so its big no if you don't have your own vehical or have senior citizens with you. 3. It does not have restaurant in house. Also they will tell you that you should order from near by restaurant earls and they do not even serve tea. 4. Hot water is big problem and specially during winter.Even lodges gives hot water but you have to struggle for it over here. Only thing that helped was the staff which allowed us to make tea in their room which had stove. Overall this hotel can be avoided if possible

Worst hotel o have ever visited in my life The rooms are suffocated of pinewood So small room Feels suffocated Hotel is located on slope No kitchen no resturant infact they dont have any Reception also No balcony in the room Anyone will die in this suffocated rooms If u r staying on ground floor u cannot stay The owner should stay first and then recommend the hotel to anyone In pictures hotel looks nice But the moment man will take u to the room It is a small way which u have to pass to get in the room All roof is of iron shed Pathetic service
