The Pavilion Nainital

Hi, I recently visited Nainital and stayed at Hotel Pavalion. Good hotel at a walking distance from Mall road approx 700 meters. Rooms are hygienic and service is awesome. The staff @ Balam attended us very well. The food served was excellent. Due to long weekend, it was difficult to get the booking, but Mr. Lalit helped us to book the hotel in advance as we are the regular guests here. Everything was 10/10. I had a pleasant stay at the pavilion in April 2022, the service was great, especially from Mahendra. The ambience is nice. The food served is very tasty, the breakfast and dinner both are very good. The hote location is nice.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay at Pavillion. Property is good and the location is good too. On top of this, service of this hotel is excellent. Staff is very cooperative specially Balam who helped us a lot and answered all our queries nicely

We stayed here from 31 dec to 2nd Jan. This trip was planned in a hurry on New Year’s eve and I didn’t get any hotels in Nainital at this time and we got this deal through direct booking while searching on booking.com. We booked family room as my mother was also with us. With 2 kids and with mother we family of 5 reached Nainital in evening of 31 December. Hotel staff was courteous and they gave us combo of 2 room set on ground floor. Rooms were not so cozy , cold air was coming from sides of windows panes as it was a old heritage property and bathrooms were not so clean . Bathroom fittings were too old and leaky and water was only warm enough not hot looking the temperature outside which was freezing . We anticipated the weather and took one room heater with us and one heater hotel provided and we managed the cold weather somehow. On 2 January we checked out and hotel staff was very courteous and they packed aloo parathas for our kids Overall it was Average stay and lesson learnt that never stay in Heritage property if you are with family. Location of hotel is good and it is near to Mall Road and lake . One star only for location. Parking car inside hotel is quite a stunt but it’s ok for hilly area like i have faced more challenging ride than this before while travelling to Mukteshawar.

Please don't go to this worst hotel they are showing fake pictures online attached are photos for your help. Worst food, poor services, poor room Quality, unhygienic staff and uneducated reception staff hotel charge 5700 for a night it's better to stay at home.
