Very tasty food. Very comfortable stay. Quick responses from general manager Mr. Nandan. Eager to help, we faced no problem at all. A smooth time passed there. Also comfortable beds and no fault in electrical appliances. Very peaceful environment and fantastic staff. Always faced eager replies from the staff. Spacious rooms with all the facilities. Bhimtal of course is a special location. General manager helped us a lot. He was very kind and passionate for his work. We faced no delays.

We had the best experience in Nainital because of this hotel the manager is a very kind person and the staff is very cooperative.If you want to enjoy Nainital please do not book hotels near mall road ,book hotels like maya Regency (in Bhimtal) The Food is so good and the play area is also nice the rooms are the best it's really spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are so clean I prefer this hotel for everyone who come for trips for peace of mind.... Very Family friendly place.... The view is also great

Peaceful environment, tasty food, courteous & prompt staff and spacious rooms...an excellent hotel to stay in Bhimtal...ideal location to visit all 3 lakes near Bhimtal and even Nainital... Will certainly visit again.

Me and my wife visited in October 1st week. The room staff and food was excellent . very helpful and dedicated hotel people. they help us in every way and we are planning to visit there again. there is god space for parking and party.
