Hotel's location is in the middle of the market.. but still not very convenient for aged people. We got no view room but because of the hospitality and the service i will give them full marks. Taste of food is also good... no buffet though

Though we have booked 4 rooms of same type in single booking,we were given rooms on different floors. The bathroom had a leakage problem. Breakfast was good. Location is not great. You have to walk alot. Room size is good. Overall ok.

I wanted to give this hotel a cracking review as it is recommended in the Lonely Planet Guide and we made a special effort to go here. But it was a disappointment and we left a day early. It was November but the room was like a fridge. We had to hire additional electric heaters from the hotel which helped but it should not have been necessary. Breakfast menu was not fully available (no porridge). Having read previous posts I was aware of the WIFI closing down when the office closed at around 10.30 and asked for it to stay on. Despite assurances it did not happen. Staff are fairly friendly but English is limited. Good showers and soft bed, kettle & makings in the room. This hotel is up a steep hill and not for those with walking problems. Booked through trip advisor & it was more expensive than booking direct! I would not return.

Nice and clean family room. Budget hotel near naini lake. Food is good but not upto the mark. Room service is so slow. Menu is also limited. Good for one day stay. Plus point is near to naini lake walkable. Otherwise nothing awesome about this property.

The location is not good, It's just like same as the crowded concrete jungle. No balcony no nature view. Breakfast is good. I recommended, do not take lunch or dinner from the hotel. It's not value for money. The Internet is so poor.
