We visited this place in jan'22 for 3 nights and 4 days. It was extremely cooperative staff specially Rishabh Singh at reception ground staff. Ajay and Gopal Bhakauni behaved very well and prepared super delicious food for us. Must try their tomato soup and Gulab Jamun.

We were 6 pax staying there, from polite services to very decent meals to very helping and catering staff and very quick to a beautiful view of Nanital, you can sit for hours in the window and see the weather changing nothing can beat the beauty and hospitality here !! Hope to see you soon !!

Good Hotel with Satisfactory Service Stayed here for couple of days during our Nainital Trip. Service and Food are quite good and upto the mark. Hotel is situated in good location. View from Lake facing rooms are very nice. Family suite room is also good. Overall a good experience.

Stayed at manu maharani lodge a couple of days back with hubby and my 2 year old. The access road is pretty bad and is most unsuitable for people with kids or mobility issues. The room which we were allotted was decent and the staff is amiable to requests and try to do their best to serve guests. Guy named Lalit at manu lodge was courteous. Food (dinner) was brought from outside and we found it to be of less than appreciable quality. My booking was for a couple of days. However on the second day of our visit I slipped on a part of their property and fell ...promptly spraining my hand. Staff suplied pain relief spray and ice when asked to. However I was expecting a little more courtsey and concern when a guest is injured on a hotels property. Moreover it's irresponsible to leave a dangerous slippery place inside a hotels premise without safety signage. The next hotel in which we checked in promptly organized a doctors visit and one of the staff even accompanied us to the doc's place. That's service guys!!!! That being said the view from the room at manu maharani lodge was great. Not reason enough for us to return or recommend.
