Excellent stay lavish breakfast staff is very helpful. Room is neat and clean resturant view is awesome..... Hotel location is great with maoutain view rooms available..Room service is best...food is osm speacilly butter chicken .

I attended a ring ceremony at royal Windsor, before I didn't knew that this facility has so much space as it looked like a restaurant from outside. The hotel is really spacious and is very good for small functions and ceremonies. The Staff is good and looked really professional. The location of this facility is awesome, food and the decoration inside is quite good actually. I definitely feel this place is going to be hot spot for parties. My recommendation are with this facility.

Royal Windsor hotel has an extremely nice view with an awesome breakfast. Rooms and restaurant are neat and clean. The staff welcomes you and helps you out always. There is a certain problem in the hotel - You are not provided your room keys (electronic lock card). So everytime you close your room you will need to go to the reception to open the door which causes quite a lot of problems. They should really modify their existing system.

I stayed in this hotel couple of times. Pros 1. Decent sized and clean rooms 2. Bathrooms good 3. Located close (3km) from railway station 4. Good food Cons 1. Very slow service. We asked for towels and got it after an hour despite multiple reminders 2. Room wasn't cleaned very well 3. They say breakfast is at 7:30am but nothing is ready then. We had to really push them to have breakfast ready by 7:50

This hotel is pathetic in all terms. My mistake of choosing this hotel. Worse experience. Bad rooms. Locks non functional. On above the staff pointing out that we do not know how to operate things. Non cooperative. Deteriorating property.
