  • Safe and best place to stay near Thane station

    I had come to Thane for a business vist and found the staff of this hotel to be extremely courteous. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I had to check out early and left my baggage in the hotel, as I had to go for a business visit near Churchgate. I came back and wanted to freshen up. They gave me a room for 20 mins, which was really a great gesture. Extremely courteous and well behaved staff. Parag at front office was very helpful. Would definetly recommend the hotel for business stay.

    I have booked through online. Website pictures and in reality pictures are completely different. Rooms are very small and bed is so tiny. They are charging more than menu card rates for foods.Only plus is location and railway station is very closer.

    locations is superb is to travel . my next booking on 5 th spt hope so they 'll give nice service. improved standard . This time I 'll stay with my family , for 4 days . I Accept they trit like a good human.

    Hotel Alka is a good budget hotel. Preferable for business people. So comes to Mumbai for 1-2 days or urgent work. Rooms are good and comfortable. Reception is on the ground floor and all the rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. The Hotel I located at Thane west near bus depot Overall a good budget Hotel.

    The hotel is having very poor Ambience. The staircase is totally dark and it is difficult to reach the room with lift. There was no hot water supply. Linen were dirty. Breakfast served in the room was not having any taste. It was tasteless. Only one Bisleri Bottle supplied during three days stay. Behaviour of reception staff was very rude.
