Getting wed in shiva oasis resort is an another term of perfect marriage celebrations for us. The owners of the property : Miss chandani and Mr Rajesh sanghal was so much involved and closely monitoring things like it's wedding of there own sister. They always try to give best possible things to you. the effort they put in a wedding, from food to decoration from service to quality everything was planned, managed and executed so great. They were truly customer oriented not money oriented. All our guests were Happy and enjoyed a lot because of the hardwork they put it. Special mention of Mr Manish and Mr Paul for such an awesome event. Kudos to all. If you are planning to have destination wedding here then you should definitely go for it. Thanks a lot guys for your wonderful hospitality you really made our wedding event a life time memory.

Honest review: Pros: right at highway, lush green & large property, Rooms are ok, Fun and play activities are ok, DJ is fun, staff is supportive at their level, sanitizers there at all places Cons: Food too costly & less taste. But u can visit couple of known restaurant nearby so food is not a big concern, no kids pool, play area need upgradation, Swimming pull needs an attendant what if any kid slips in 5 ft water, bfast needs to be better in terms of quality though menu was sufficient, cycling is something they can add on. Overall property seems slightly over priced at Rs. 4800 (studio room). In long term, either they need to cut down prices or work to make facilities better in most respects.

Not worth of money, no sense of hospitality, no coordination among staff, pool is very small, restaurant service is also very pathetic feels like lack of trained staff. Rooms also feels like oyo rooms rather than resort, without bathtub room looks very basic. Having good ground & play area but apart from that nothing feel like luxury resort.

The hotel service is pathetic. You don't get anything on time like if you ask for glass,water or towel they will take 1 hr to send it and that to after multiple feedbacks.Swimngpool is very dirty my son got unwell next day. They don't even clean and will make stories. Breakfast hall was crowded not even clean. They were not even cleaning the the table. Water was from local dispensar with hard taste. They were unable to refill the food during the breakfast. I paid 12K for 3 rooms which was wasted because there rude and pathetic service. Please do proper research before going there. I am regular visitor at shiva oasis, but this time I was very upset, no sevices, but you will feel excuse of lockdown,and staff shortage,but it is not true front office staff is very rude,they have no manners to talk,I am very upset and sorry to say that I will think before to stay at shiva oasis
