There is no doubt that Clarks Inn Suites is one of the outstanding Hotel situated in the heart of Gwalior, all the staff with whom we deal with was very professional, kind, helpful. We also would add about the people available to help the guest all around specially Ms. Yamini and GM-Mr. Amit Pandey who helped us a lot to make our event smooth from bookings to the end. We two sisters,had an excellent stay from 12-4-2022 to 15-4-2022. Very kind , cooperative and supportive staff. Room was large enough for two and clean and tidy. Good room service. Food in restaurant was excellent, each and every dish made tasty. Kudos to the chef. Enjoyed breakfast ! No scope for any complaint. Yamini Chauhan guided and supported right from advance booking ( from Mumbai) till we left the hotel. So much personal touch and homely attitude of each and every staff👌. Want to place on record, but do not know names, and will have to include all !! Very customer oriented place . Thanks a lot Clarke's Gwalior! Look forward to visiting again. Dr. Amruta K Deshmukh. One of the outstanding Hotel of Gwalior,staff is very helpful and specially the managment team.Yamini helped me a lot from bookings to stays,she was very kind and helpful. I will surely stay here again.

Thanks a lot to all team members of clarks inn for such a wonderful service and specially bakery items is just awesome. Mr shubham and Mr vipin and Mr dharmendra served us really good. So all over good ambience great staff. Loved to visit again.

I have stayed in Clarks inn suites gwalior on 5 to 7 april 2022 vide Trip ID 220404811920 of cleartrip. The hotel has provided me Room No. 215 and 218 which are deluxe rooms while I have booked executive rooms. I am highly disappointed with hotel's approach about the same.
