Ginger Hotel Noida 63, New

I found some issues while check in to my booked room here. As I booked room for 3 adults and reception management assigned very small room. When I try to ask them to change it, they replied like this only the room they have. Then this room boy Mr Moni solved all my problems and even provided me a better spacious room as well. I really appreciate his room service and thanks him for providing support for each and every thing.

I am really glad to have the excellent housing stuff to help all room services and information. Especially, I will praise Mr Moni who helped us to change the bigger room and provide all room services on single call..At room 315. All the best.

Good best hotel this location and hotel staff is to co-operative .the service of house keeping is very good and the staff are to coprative.but fooding service is little bit slow.satyaveer and Daniel work very neat and clean... overall good service on services

The room service team was really helpful and diligent. They carried out their duties really well. Really awesome work especially Mr. Moni was really active in solving all our queries and was always present in case we had any problems.

Memories of Day 1 Sad things 1. No water in toilets & shower 2. Empty Minibar 3. TV not working infact they recharge Tata sky after our complaint 4. Mention in their key feature that they have butler service but not available even after 3hrs of check inn 5. No welcome drink 4. Claimed to be a 5 star property but tandoor not operational between lunch & dinner 5. Bed linen quality horrible 6. Electrical kettle not working 7. Ants around kettle very unhygienic 8. Food & Breverage charges are super expensive more than 7star . You can image if a chapari cost is ₹250. Type of Blackmailing bcoz ur in remote area. 9. Not Value for money 10. Cold Hospitality Good things 1. Beautifully designed rooms 2. Fantastic wash room so huge 3. Peaceful place 4. Beat part is sitting in lobby outside room .
