These kids are exceptionally helpful and very good at job. Hotel is beautiful and calm. Guest relations girl kritika is very polite and always there to help. Very very active and positive. Will come back soon .....

Service during check in very long time. Room key is not functioning and no person was available for escort. While checking in the receptionist informed that GST number will be added during check out. During checkout, it is informed that the invoice will be given by Yatra booking agent. Telephone was not functioning.

You will find paharganj hotels much better than this.

Before start explaining my experience in this hotel i would like t ask a question.
WHY PEOPLE CHOSE TO STAY IN GOOD HOTEL ESPECIALLY HOTELS WITH ABOVE FOUR STAR RATING?
People can give their answers whenever they want to. My answer to this question is-
Hygiene- these days self care and protection of body is very very important because pandemic situation is not fully sought yet. And from my point of view if hygiene and cleanliness is there in the hotels then there should not be any other problem. And of course sanitisation which is already compulsory but hotels are not following the pandemic protocols. No masks and no sanitisation.
I would like to appreciate Mr. Dev Dhaiya head of FNB dept. In this bizarre hotel I only found this person who solved my issues in the hotel relates to water and housekeeping even after not being from the concern departments. He knows so very well how to calm down the guest, to solve his guests problems and how to react when guest is in trouble. He didn’t laugh when he sees his guest in trouble, he didn’t surround’s a lady with his colleagues when doing a conversation like the staff from front office and security. He should be at some good position in the hotel so he can teach the hotel staff how to behave with guest. From my experience of hotel I’ve learnt front office manager and general manager comes to meet the guest who has faced a lots of problem in the hotel but no one even thought of asking me about my experience with them. This doesn’t comes in hospitality manners. After my incidences only Mr. Dhaiya took the interest in knowing about my experience and comfort. Thank you so much Mr. Dev Dhaiya for my stay comfortable and solving my hotel issues.
I've booked this hotel for 6nights and 7days which is a week. I’ve checked in on 27/03/2022 and my stay lasted 03/04/2022. This hotel named itself a five star or above the four star hotel but they don’t have facilities like other four and five stars. Let me brief how this hotel works. This hotel has only 1 person at reception for check ins and check outs, so every guests has to wait for long to get the check in formalities done. They don’t provide mineral water, only tap water they give to drink and calls it their policy and in addition to it they provide tap water from dirty tap so I don’t think any hygiene lover would appreciate this drinking water. They give their guests dirty rooms, wc with potty stains, bathroom mirrors with soap foam and water mark everywhere, bathroom interior/ tiles were dirty. RO water filled bottles was so unhygienic seemed like they didn’t wash them after every use. booked and paid for deluxe king room(premium deluxe room) and they allotted me their deluxe room the basic one. People who stays in hotels knows the difference of deluxe and premium. In place of providing comfort they will give most uncomfortable stay. I seriously wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is totally out of hospitality mannerisms. Front office staff will laugh out loud on your complaint and wouldn’t pay any attention. I went to reception at midnight to request them for water and was making video to record the conversation between staff and me I got to do this because this hotel wasted my 3 days to fulfil the demand of mineral not that tap one so I realised to take them on video recording so they can’t change their statements and deny them. so i tried to make a proof to protect myself and that vary night hotel security staff and other staff as well surrounded me from everywhere and i was by the side of pillar. I’ll try to show people all those videos I’ve made of incidents in the hotel because in words it’s going ver lengthy. Single lady travellers are not safe here I’m saying this from my own experience. My stay here was like I put myself into a bizarre.

Worst hospitality ever. Broken furniture, rude staff and irresponsible management. You will be asked to pay for glasses in your room, for ice, for water, for literally everything. Room service takes upto 12 hours to fulfil your order, only if you’re lucky. I still haven’t received the ice I ordered 2 days ago (for INR 325). This is basically Central Delhi’s prostitution hotel based on the crowd and management behaviour. Please do not visit, pay 2k extra and go to Shangrila or something instead which is right across the road.
