It was professional experience, everything smooth and efficient, location is excellent ,it was very comfortable to stay with faimly, the staffs serve us really well,the rooms are well looking and comfortable, like this place too much

Hotel is near to Main market here. Rooms was affordable and spacious too. Staffs were co-ordinal too. Linen and rooms were too cleaned well. Budget was tight for me so staying here saved my money too.

Hotel Aero Sky is a neartest to IGI Airport NH -8 Mahipalpur New Delhi,nice facilities and good services.I really enjoy and feeling relax in this hotel. I share my personal experience to visit Hotel Aero Sky

We booked this hotel through Make My Trip. On arrival we found the hotel inaccessible and locked up. We called the number on our paperwork and it did not connect. We found alternative number which diverted elsewhere and were told our booking had been trnasfered to Hotel Avalon Palace (see my review for another 'hotel to be avoided'). My rating is based on the fact that our reservation was cancelled by the hotel and not our booking agent. We received no prior communication on the change. Arriving late after travelling we were too tired to challenge the change as we needed rooms for a large group who all had onward travel booked for early the next day. Beware - it seems as though even if you have a confirmed reservation with a booking agent, a hotel can transfer you elsewhere even if it is a lower standard hotel. If you check-in to the second hotel then you have 'agreed' to the change so the booking agent is freed of its responsiblities to its customer. Any disatisfaction you have with the substitute hotel must be taken up with the hotel itself. If this happens to you - log it with your booking agent immediately and no matter how tired you are do not check in unless you are happy with your substitute hotel.

Arriving at Delhi Airport at 7.30pm after extensive travel throughout India, the authorised taxi rank told me that the address of the Airport Hotel Aerosky is invalid and does not exist. I found a taxi driver, who had to make 2 telephone calls, asking for directions, took me to the Hotel. I was required to pay in advance and despite my request was not given a receipt. I was told that this would be supplied the following morning. They made a copy of my passport, which I was asked to sign and a full page copy of my visa stamp in my passport. I also had to sign the register. I asked for the WIFI code and the receptionist told me that the porter would supply Wifi details in the room. This was incorrect as the porter told me that there was no WIFI, only in the reception. After climbing 3 flights of stairs, I found the room to be dirty, windowless and without balcony as advertised. The bed linen and pillows were filthy, full of holes and stank and clearly had not been changed. After numerous requests 2 staff members finally changed the bedding and gave me a towel. Due to the lateness of the hour, my tiredness and the location of the Hotel I felt trapped and most reluctantly stayed. Having seen the state of the bed linen before I decided to sleep fully dressed using my fleece as a pillow. Traffic noise was extreme, as was the ongoing building work until at least midnight. The hotel bore no resemblance to the deluxe room I had booked or to the description as advertised. The next the morning I did not receive the booked alarm call. I could not wait to leave this terrible place. A different receptionist was asleep at the desk (7am). HIs English was minimal, but refused outright to supply me the receipt as promised and had no knowledge of my prepayment. I realised later that I had been overcharged. I was aware Tax and service was not included, but surely this does not amount to 50% of the original price. In my view everything was handled in a dishonest manner. In my opinion, this so-called hotel should be avoided at all cost. Having read previous reviews, I wonder if they were made by genuine guests.
