    Had a Fabulous stay with family. Lovely staff, very helpful and pleasant. The food was great, with many choices. Special thanks to staff Rohan & Yashi at front office,Jaspreet guest experience host and Nitesh at house keeping.. thank you the Andaz team for a wonderful stay.

    Good stay, had a nice night with friends. The room service was great as well. Jagriti and Alka were really helpful! Will plan to come again soon, maybe for a longer stay next time. Gym was also good . It's a good place to visit

    Overall amazing stay, but Andaz has potential to improve Rooms were comfy and modern Spa and Gym team was below par, but geared up eventually Housekeeping (Yogender) was on point. Very helpful Hotel staff is inadequately trained

    Pros: -Good food - Caters to gluten free and celiac people - Nice pool - Good size room (but not much done with it, see cons) - Runway view was good (if u get that view) - Good ambience at reception/bar downstairs Cons: - Deserted feeling in the room with furniture laid out in random spots, almost everything seemed dated, rusty or dusty- like it had not been taken care of, empty walls with a dull color, weird view of bathroom from the room and only one door closure between the shower room and toilet- meaning when one is closed, the other stays wide open (the manager said all these features represented the bohemian style used to design the hotel, but I am not sure if that works when a family with a 7 yr old). - I noticed that the staff at reception just stood around while customers queued for a check in or waiting for help. Except for a few, staff did not know answers to even basic questions like which is nearest shopping place or what time is breakfast, dinner? The answers given by one staff member differed from another and they kept cross-referencing their answers with colleagues around them turning it into a discussion. - Over the top prices quoted for basic things like a local phone call (that I got deducted from my bill after a complaint) or a taxi for a place just 15 mins away (we did not take it as they quoted rs.3500) - No complimentary early check in even when you have a child and you request for it. But if you pay extra then the room becomes available.

    Most things are good but the food is extemely expensive and not worth it at that price in terms of quality in my personal opinion. Had gone for an onboarding experience for an internship for my MBA program.
