The stay was amazing. Centrally located, Location is great. Comfortable, Neat and clean rooms. Mr. Aamod at the hotel was very cooperative. Room service is also good. All places nearby. Spacious rooms.

Best place to chill with you friends for a relaxing getaway with the best location. The rooms were spacious and clean with amazing balconies.The best hospitality by the manager Mr.Amod Kumar. He was so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

There was so much wrong with the stay I could write an essay but in short avoid this property. Details below. Communicated and confirmed everything with the property before arriving. I booked two four bedroom apartments to accommodate my family and two rooms to accommodate some friends who had travelled for my wedding. They confirmed twice in writing that I had two four bedroom apartments. Before the trip they advised me they would move my two friends from another Perch property to this one so we could all stay in the same building. I was fine with this until the failed to provide a second four bedroom apartment and instead made my family member share with my friends. 1. They only advised me the second four bedroom was not a possibility as I left to pick up my family from the airport. They split the group so one family member ended up in another apartment sharing with my friends. 2. The one ‘four bedroom’ apartment was a three bedroom apartment with one space off the living area that had a curtain closing it off from the living area – there was a bed, but it was not a 4th bedroom. There was zero privacy. 3. The website advised all apartments came with washing machines – there are three apartments in the building, 2 of the washing machines did not work. 4. Before check-in I asked for a hairdryer for guests. They advised they would provide. I asked again at check in, was told it would be provided. They did not provide. I ended up buying one. They brought one 24 hours later. 5. The ‘curtained’ room in 1 of the apartments had a window that could not be locked. The property manager though this was funny. I felt unsafe with this, only by pushing the issue did they eventually agree to have it fixed (the next day) 6. Wifi was awful – it kept not working, they kept changing the access codes for better service but it was really poor. 7. No cleaning clothes or tea towels were provided in the kitchens - I had to go buy them 8. The generator makes so much noise it kept my guests on the ground floor awake for hours. 9. The toilet in one bedroom kept blocking – they never fixed the issue just kept sending someone to unblock 10. Two of the bathrooms flooded when showering. 11. Electrical maintenance is scary to say the least – light switches that flashed when turned on 12. The apartments are freezing. I can not explain how cold they are. It was colder inside than outside. They provided air heaters which could not be left on overnight so during the night it was freezing cold. As you have to pay extra for electricity it is also expensive to run the heaters all day. 13. The beds are rock hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. 14. The only positive was the housekeeping staff who were lovely
