    According to me this hotel is a Heart of Jaipur, awesome food, luxury rooms, Awesome staff and services, i enjoyed 7 days here, thank you Hotel Polo Inn & suites for make my trip awesome. I suggest everyone to please visit this hotel.

    Location is perfect closet to all transportation areas like bus stand railway station generous staff spacious rooms with full furnished and hygienic too i want to recommend all the person who want to stay in jaipur nice property with good ambience breakfast was yummy 😋

    Hotel is very close to Panch Bati MI road which is the most prime area for the tourists in Jaipur. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful interior, but bathrooms were not cleaned as per standard, bathroom blinds were dirty and full of dirty spots. Breakfast service was very poor, staff is lazy during service least bothered about food to be refilled in buffet, guests have to wait to get food. Reception staff were very helpful. But still I like the hotel.

    Good Rooms. Neat & clean. Good food. Convenient location. It is centrally located and area is really decent. It is just 10 to 15 away from local markets. Really need a lot of improvement in service part (Room & restaurant). They take a long time to full fill your requirement.

    I have booked 3 super deluxe rooms on 20th Dec from Mr Deepak (salesperson - Polo Inn) for 25th check in. and to our surprise when we reached the hotel the front desk staff excused us," we don't have a super deluxe room" what the hell they are excusing? I had a word with Mr. Deepak and he has another story just made for us. That was shocking news for us. We were three families along with a child. We spent 90 long minutes at reception and got only 1 super deluxe room and 2 deluxe rooms. We were cheated at that time, the deluxe room is very small. thereafter Ac was not working, the dryer was not available. very poor service. seriously overrated Hotel. fake staff with false promises.
