Till now I have stayed in this property three times. It was a very good experience in the rural area like Parbhani. Staff, Cleanliness and Food are the things which can be valued for. Also i would like to mention that management is flexible to understand the needs of solo travellers who are particularly travelling for work and responds their needs positively.

most hygienic and clean hotel in parbhani. a must place to visit , proper hospitality and fab. food is a great deal here. the place is a nice for a gathering of 150-200 persons. also has an indoor DJ place. overall a pretty decent experience.

it was an amazing experience in this hotel Staff is vey much Polite from GM to cleaner everyone is very much good ....House keeping Person Mr.Shivpal he is very nice person and also very cooperative who understand the customer requirements for house keeping .... Room is very neat and clean & all amenities are on same place.

The hotel seems to be a new property. It has fern residency franchise. This is located in the MIDC industrial area away from the town. So even for a tea you have to depend on the hotel only. The staff are very inexperienced and hence the service is below par. Even the service restaurant is very slow and the food is average. The only redeeming point is the cleanliness of the hotel and well maintained rooms
