Best hotel in Delhi NCR

I just love country inn sahibabad. Whenever I travel to Delhi I prefer staying here. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is awesome. They allow you to order food from swiggy Zomato as well. Alcohol is also allowed. So overall stay experience will be 10/10

Good and pleasant stay. Staff is well trained and experienced. The property is clean and beautiful. Breakfast buffet also used to be delicious.Rooms are also spacious. Only constraint is with the open parking where your car turns heat ball in summer.

My stay was very as we expected from a five sat hotel, Staff members were invited polite and helpful.I would really recommend you to go there.the only problem was location it is outskirts of delhi .it will took 1 hr from new delhi to the hotel.

As of this Financial Year (2021-22), I have stayed more than 50 days in this property and as a business traveler, I was always mesmerized & amazed by the service and hospitality it has provided to its customer - I actually fell in love with everything, when I first time visited this property. I even used to suggest this property to my family and friends to stay here.
But here, I would like to give my feedback regarding my present stay of 10 days (from 3rd March to 13th March 2022), which, unfortunately, turned out to be really negative -
The staff's behavior - the new ones, is really pathetic (Apology for the harsh tone). The way the breakfast manager handles customers - It's like some 3rd class property and has been shouting for something I have done wrong.
2 of the incidents I'd like to quote -
1) I had a parcel to be collected from an amazon delivery person, for which it was pre-informed to them in the morning. They miscommunicated it as some food item and plainly denied it saying that they can't help if the security team denied entry. I requested them that it's an important parcel & please collect the item as I am sleeping and I'll collect from them the very next day morning, but without even listening to the whole of my conversation, they dropped over the call. In my mid-sleep at 11 PM, they had to let me go outside the hotel premises, just to collect that item.
However, really thanks to Mr Lalit, whom I met and he understood the situation later and he assured me the best of their services.
2) While I was having breakfast, I was taking a few muffins to my room, for which, I was denied by the hotel management (Name - Chandler). I understand and respect the hotel policy regarding taking food is not allowed in the room, but due to few muffins, your representative's stopping was not expected. I personally have never experienced this sort of behavior in any of my itineraries before, neither with this hotel nor with any.
In fact, I would like to mention that around 15 days back I was staying in Taj Bangalore and was feeling sick so couldn't go for the complimentary breakfast, they asked me the reason & along with medicine, they brought the food in my room. I understand having the immense volume of customers daily, I shouldn't expect this kind of hospitality, but at least the staff should have the basic behavioral courtesy of handling customers, especially, if they're requesting something.
I truly believe the management take note of this and
NOT a 5 Star hotel. Worst experience ever.

We checked in with our 7 months old baby and released that the AC was fixed at 21C. We were concerned if the baby would catch cold/pneumonia, so reached out to the front desk multiple times but no response. Finally, I had to personally go down to the front desk and make them aware of this problem. they sent a couple of engineers to fix the AC issue but no luck. This went on for 4hrs and they ruined our entire evening. The manger (Mr. Lalit) wasn't even apologetic and have the courtesy to offer complementary dinner or compensation at 11pm at night. We finally gave up and turned off the AC in our original room (with 40C outside) and decided to go through night. It's 12 am in the night and I am writing this review hoping someone will read it and save themselves from all this misery.
This is NOT a 5 Star hotel at all.
