    My niece came from London and stayed in sams snooze at IGI airport for 18 hrs. According to her it was a pleasant stay,Staff was very polite and cordial.At midnight also they received her at gate. During departure also they had shown a well professionalism. Only thing for food service (paid) at room they should accept both options online payment as well as cash.( Cash payment compulsation is very odd for a international passenger). P K Mondal Kolkata

    I had booked Sam's sleeping pod for my parents who had a 12 hour layover in Delhi. Not only were the rooms absolutely clean and sanitized but they were greeted at arrival, escorted to the pods and even assisted with rt pcr testing by the staff. They were also helped with their baggages and departure. The staff at Sam's did what I exactly wanted to do for my parents and helped me relax from afar . Very cordial behaviour by everyone, made my parents feel comfortable at all times.

    I made arrangements of layover for my daughter who was traveling from Chicago to back home. It is not only safe for women who are traveling alone but also very comfortable and Experienced the good hospitality by staff members. Thanks Ravi.we shall avail this hospitality again in future.

    My international flight was at 2:40 AM , so booked it for 4-5 hrs slot for Rs 5K . Currently the PODS inside the airport ( after security ) are not being rented , so I got a room in the Parking building . It's in 6th floor of the parking building and two elevator go to 6th floor , after you arrive in DEL T3 , just cross the road and take the elevator . Room is ok but linens and towels need to changed , felt like some one who stayed before me used it. Stuffs are very nice and helpful. The place is really expensive , if I have to do it in future , I will just go to Aerocity and take a hotel room there , it's hardly 3 Kms from T3 and also Metro connects hotels with T3 terminals . This place shouldn't be more than 2K for 4-5hrs slot.

    I booked here because I had some hours between flights first from Paris-Delhi- Kolkata 8/9 Dec and also on the way back Kolkata- Delhi- Paris 19 Dec. I paid together 15747 INR. Later my flights were cancelled and I couldn’t travel. I have written numerous times to cancel my bookings and get a refund. No answer at all!,
