OYO Townhouse 008 Greater Kailash

We stayed here during our companys Annual Sales meet. One of our rooms(which luckily I got) was upgraded to the suite room which was quite big with a living area and bedroom with attached toilet. Both the areas were air conditioned. I cant comment on value for money as it was being paid by the company and I dont know how much was that! The bed was comfortable, ac was working fine and being April there was really no need for a geyser for hot water as the tap water itself was room temperature early morning and quite warm later. Breakfast was basic but good and staff were quite helpful.

Not a good experience !!! Cons - 1.The place is shabby and dirty . 2.The washed linens are smelly at full of stains . 3.The washrooms poorly maintained . Taps leaking and not functioning . 4.poorly ventilated rooms . 5. ACs in pathetic condition . Not serviced for years apparently . 6. Bed side tables broken . 7. The hotel is too noisy and after repeated calls no response from the management about loud noises all over night . 8. “ZERO” customer handling skills and “ZERO” manners to handle customers . 9. The restaurant by first look itself gives a clear picture of the pathetic condition of the hotel . 10. The manager is very rude and discourteous . 11. Had to change two rooms coz of the condition . 12. Seems good for couples on hourly basis . Pros - 1. Location .

OYO bubble of idiots and blind owners...no hot water, no heating, no housekeeping, no behaviour, no courtesy and bunch of idiots managing the call centre. 6 degrees and no arrangement of nothing, noisy and dirty like

The worst Oyo Townhouse experience till date. They have the audacity to say they switch on boiler only in the morning and 24/7 hot or warm water isn’t available. I use the room only to spend the night as entire day I am working. I need hot water in the evening and this is what I get. Further after a meherbani they switched it on but the water took literally 2 hours to get warm and it was just lukewarm to be honest. The toilets aren’t maintained well. The room has no tea coffee sachets or cups or machine or anything for that matter. The towels weren’t there. I’d to ask them twice for it after which they gave me only one and said laundry hasn’t arrived so only 1 can be given. On demand for a napkin I was handed over a packet of cheap tissues. The staff is lethargic and cares a heck to complains. Worst!!!

By Far my WORST Experience with OYO. Can we rate it in Negative Stars as well. Worst in terms of 1. Staff - Not only least couteous but downright explicitly rude, untrained & ill mannered 2. Room & Washroom Cleanliness or upkeep is totally non-existent. 3. No Towels or soap or Bath gel. And the towel that comes after requests is stained n dirty. 4. Only almirah in the room was broken n dirty 5. Room Service - Whats that??? . Food comes nearly 50 mins after ordering. That when its not even rush hour. 6. Breakfast- The least said the better. Everything is of worst quality and taste.. n by everything they have open bowl for Jam n butter- Not cleaned for weeks. some bread, Local Cornflakes, Super hot spicy macaroni, poha n inedible Pranthas.. n curd from an unclean bowl. Ask for Ketchup n they think its right to handover a sachet they fetch from used dishes from adjoining table that too infront of u. N the omlet - U can have only of 1 egg made by someone with eyes n brain shut off. And if u object... They will proudly say ... This is what u will have to eat coz u cant get another 7. And then they don’t have a complain register to lodge a complaint. Coz they don’t want u to register it. So they want u to write it in their food register which they swear to forward to the right Authorities. Yeah sure!! But then when they realize that U r serious about complaining, they will offer to pack this crap breakfast as their offer for this wonderful experience. This is what OyoTownhouse 008 experience is like.
