    We had a very pleasant and Really enjoyed our stay. Serene, peaceful and spacious rooms, Neatly kept and Well furnished with ample numbers of plug points, modern led lighting in room with basic toiletries in bathroom. Wifi and HD TV services provided. Staff was decent. Complimentary Breakfast was delicious had limited choice of continental and south Indian food with options of tea, coffee and hot milk. Traveller BE AWARE that nothing is what it seems to be on internet.

    rooms are quite big but cleanliness a big issue. the morning staff is good. evening staff is rude. bedsheet had food stain and we told them to change 10 times actually and they never changed till our checkout. yes it is poorly maintained. rooms on the ground floor gets noisy as reception is near and staff talks near the room window. location is good in a clean neighborhood. room service is expensive. price is cheap. breakfast a big NO.

    This place was a disappointment in many ways. But starting with the good things. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However the bathrooms are falling apart and tiny. Nothing to write home about. The place has a stink to it. The least favourable feature however is the food. It is below average and they do not hesitate in recycling last evenings food next day thus serving stale food.

    The staff here is very rude and you have to request at least thrice for almost everything, right from a small bowl to sleepers. The staff is very unprofessional. Food Invoice was not provided. Highly-priced and poor quality food with a single chef preparing. Delays in food delivery. Although, the location is good, you can find many more good hotels nearby. I do not recommend this property at all when with family and business trips.

    There was no hot water on a December morning and the shower was not functioning. (I always wonder what the hotels expect people to do when you are already in a shower and there is no hot water and you are getting late for work). Breakfast is very average and not appetizing in anyway.
